Tricounty Eye Laser Vision Center

I'm so grateful that Dr. Schneider did LASIK surgery on my both eyes 8 years ago. He is a professional and did a great job. I used to wear glasses, but since I did LASIK surgery in their facility I didn't wear glasses. Even after these long time passed, I don't need to wear glasses anymore. By correcting my vision, he made a life more beautiful for me.

Great. However, I had a terrible experience. I waited for an HOUR to pick up my glasses. The girls never told them I was there. I just assumed maybe it was because I missed my appointment time and was late. Other people were being helped. I kind of just forgot since I was drawing but STILL. I wasn't mad until I realized they never TOLD THEM. Otherwise, they are great.

Visit WAS going great until it came to picking out glasses, I waited 45 minutes to pick out glasses just for the glasses coordinator to tell me my insurance did not cover glasses this year. Could of just saved me time if they would of notified me from the beginning. When asked who was suppose to notify me, NO ONE gave me a direct answer. They just said whoever verified my insurance should of told you. pretty upset that I wasted 45 minutes. Ladies should communicate better and be more organized. Front desk forgot to give my follow up appointment. Doctor was great therefore 3 stars.

Biggest scam artists I have ever encountered in my life ( I own and old Ford truck and the sketchy mechanics are nicer and kinder than them ) switch and bait techniques like no other. Fire your managers and hire new people, no way around it with the bitterness of the current people in charge. F- for grade

Went to TriCounty Eye Institute to get my yearly eye exam, which I admit I don't do as often as I should, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go there. All the staff was great throughout the whole process and Nancy was exceptional at being patient with me while I tried on a million glasses till I found some I liked. I would definitely recommend to others. I also took a family member there on a more recent occasion and they also were attended with the same great level professionalism I expect from TriCounty.

TriCounty is a very nice clean (easy on the eyes) establishment. They have a wide selection of eye glass wear/frames and several different name brands to choose. The staff is nice and friendly and professional.and the wait time is not bad either. My only contact is office manager, Lydia, but if she is not available the other staff work out just fine as well. I highly recommend TriCounty for your optical needs. Great service.

TriCounty Eye Institute is a professional and caring office. They answered all my questions, educated me on the LASIK process and shared all my options with me. The day of my surgery they made me comfortable and actually made it fun. I got a call a few hours after my procedure to make sure things were going well and to see if I had any questions or concerns.

The next morning I drove myself to my follow up appointment. No glasses, no contacts and I was able to see so clearly! I am amazed! I wish I would have done this years ago! Competitively priced but high in quality and care.

I had removal of cataracts and LASIK on both eyes, and surgery was successful. I am ever grateful to Dr. Schneider for the care and following up on the surgery by making sure that everything was alright. My vision is amazing. Also I want to thanks the staff for their kindness and professionalism that they showed me, especially Tiffani and Becky for their great attitude and support. Thank you!

From the moment you walk into the office and you are greeted by the receptionist with their smiles you feel at home! You could never believe if they were having a difficult day! Always polite and professional! My last visit was to pick up my glasses. Although it was a very quick process, you could still feel the warmth and maybe even wanted to stay a little while longer!

There is one receptionist in particular that has been there over years that I have been a patient. I believe her name is Becky! Don't tell anyone this.this is just between us.she is the reason I continue to come back! Really, if I knew the names of all that have made my experiences exceptional. front office and back office.they certainly would be mentioned. Hands down Dr. Jenny Le is awesome! I wouldn't trade her for any optometrist! In closing I would just like to say that I am completely satisfied with TriCounty Eye Institute for my eye health!

I took my mother the have her annual visit. Everyone was very friendly. Nancy was the one who helped us through the whole visit. She was nice and friendly and very helpful and best of all she was able to explain everything to my mother in Spanish. Nancy is professional and very patient which I really appreciate. Also the Doctor was friendly and patient she explain everything very clearly to my mother in Spanish.

Once it was time to choose glasses Nancy was able to bring out glasses that fit perfectly with my mom they were the second one she tried and those were the ones we went with. thank you Nancy and staff I really appreciate your patience, and helpfulness.
