Jill Hartman is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience providing nutrition counseling to patients in both a clinical and outpatient setting. Jill is passionate about motivating patients to have the confidence to make lasting lifestyle changes. Her goal is to provide the tools necessary to help patients make the best possible nutrition choices.

Doctor Pollack was great. All the staff make you feel very comfortable and taken care of. Very appreciative of the nursing staff. They are so caring and helpful. The anesthesiologist was fantastic. I would be very happy if I ever had to go back in the future. These health care professional are so important and I am so grateful to all of them who helped me.

It is good to know that there is a place that actually thinks about treating a patient right away. For months I have been in pain due to my reoccurring hernia. I went for a 2nd opinion to Crown Surgry medical Group and Dr. Dada told me exactly what the issue is oppose to the surgeon I have been going to since January of 2021. Dr. Dada gave me a permanent option oppose to a temporary on the 1st visit. I am glad I went there for a 2nd opinion. I highly recommend Crown Surgery medical Group.

Wonderful group of people. Received updates and reminders of appointment. Doctor was amazing. She made sure I understood the condition, and did not leave the room until all my questions were answered. She walked me out of the room to the front lobby and gave me her business card, stating call or come back if I had questions or concerns.

Dr. Crown and his staff are amazingly down to earth and have very supportive bedside manor. I had and emergency surgery the lead me to meeting Dr. Crown who took care of me during this time and was great. Post Op and follow up we're great and easy. Quick in and out. I would recommend anyone who's in need of his services. To make and appointment so as to not need him in and emergency state. But if you do, they are great at what they do. Cheers!

From my first call to make appointment until today, the staff has been wonderful. I was able to get appointment scheduled within a few days, Jeanette handles the front office, she's so attentive. She got me all the forms beforehand, so I could fill them out at home. Answered all my questions and confirmed my appointment over the weekend. Wow. The office is very safe, have taken every precaution to minimize all Covid risks. Dr. Pollark is amazing.
He made me feel that he takes my reasoning for seeing him, as serious as I do. Gave me the time I needed, no rushing. Very professional but also "human" and kind. His assistant is also super kind, and patient. My overall is this is how a doctor and his staff should be. Im so happy I was referred to them and feel my health is now is proper hands. I go to their office in Corona CA.ALL the ladies in the office, in their different areas, are very professional, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile on their face! This is so important, especially when one is facing an upcoming surgery.kudos to all! Also very important to mention is that Dr. Cross, my surgeon, is a superb doctor who has an immense medical knowledge and a wonderful bed-side manner.after my recent surgery, he went to check on me every day at the hospital, including over the weekend.it meant a lot to me and my husband!
