Terrible customer service here. I have a referral for very specific procedures from my gastro dr. And yet, I Still have to have some sort of consult prior to getting an appt. When I phoned to make an appt I wasn't given one until 10 days out. My situation is somewhat urgent. And I was told that I needed to fill out the paperwork online. So asked them to email me the website or forms.
When I got the reminder phone call I was told I still needed to fill forms out but needed to fax them back. Who faxes? I mean really. Now minutes before my appt, they call to tell me they need my forms. (Side note- this sounds like a slow office, maybe a sign?) I tell them that I never got the website. She puts me on hold. Only to come back and rudely tell me they sent me an email on a date a week ago.
The email with the link to forms that must be printed and faxed. I try to tell the woman that but she keeps on cutting me off, so I say can you stop talking so I can finish and she hangs up on me. Wow. Dr. Kim- I've heard good things about you, you have my referral for a procedure I'm to have completed within the next 10 days, and now YOUR OFFICE STAFF is preventing me from having my appointment.
