Tara Natural Medicine, a naturopathic family practice, was founded in 1999 in Concord, California by Dr. Tara Levy. Dr. Lutrin, Dr. Korza, and Dr. Zamecki joined the practice in Piedmont, allowing us to reach more patients throughout the east bay. Our doctors provide high quality natural medicine care for people of all ages and conditions.
Tara Natural Medicine provides a wide range of natural medicine services for both adults (men and women) and children. The doctors treat many chronic conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, digestive disorders, and autoimmune conditions, and also treat acute conditions such as ear infections, colds, and the flu.
Dr. Tara Levy received her Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College and her doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) degree from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. While at Bastyr Dr. Levy also pursued her certificate in midwifery, so that she could provide full family care in her practice. Following her training, Dr. Levy moved to California and began working at Mt. Diablo Natural Health Center, now Tara Natural Medicine, in 1999.
Dr. Lutrin has 28 years of experience in assisting people on their journeys to better health. She views health as a state of harmony within the mind, body and spirit and provides compassionate care and treatment when these are out of balance. Dr. Lutrin meets each patient's unique needs with natural and holistic interventions.
