I chose Skin and Laser Surgery center for my birthmark removal on my chin area. I am very disappointed with the results of the dermatologists work. He did not remove all of the birthmark and the part that he did treat with the laser now has a big thick discolored keloid scar! It looks absolutely awful and I can't believe I paid money to get my face butchered like this.

Instead of trying to make it right and fix his work so, he just tried to sell me more services. I'm absolutely devastated and to top it off I now have to look for an another dermatologist to fix this.

Best experience ever. They are very professional and I highly recommend. Thank you for the amazing job.

Came to see Dr khatri after being referred by a neurologist to see a dermatologist for possible neurodermitis. I spent more time at the front desk paying my copay than with the Dr. He literally was in and out in less than 5 minutes with me. He didn't examine me. Didn't ask for any medical background or history. I awkwardly rushed through my symptoms with him because he almost looked annoyed I was there.

I asked him if he got my records that were sent over and he didn't even go look for them. He just said i was maybe hormonal and sent me on my way. He had no compassion for my situation or pain.that i came to him for help. Couldn't be bothered to even try to think of possible reasons or treatments for me. $35 copay I at least should of been worth his time to listen and examine me.

I also came to him for scar reduction before that and my scars look worse. Lol. Thousands of dollars and 3 treatments and they don't look much different at all AND 3 spots are darker. Ive mentioned him to other drs and they haven't even heard of him. Cant remember ever going to a "drs" office in my life where i was treated less as a patient and more as a wallet. Been to this office 6 times in 8 months and they don't even know my name or recognize me. That's how little they talk to you.or try to get to know their patients. Would never recommend this dr or this office.

I had to go for coolsculpting and Laser facial rejuvenation. I was in awe of the facility itself. The staff was excellent friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Well Dr. Khatri himself a Harvard trained dermatologist is extremely professional, compassionate, conscientious and dedicated. His hands are extremely gentle and skillful. Once you meet him and have him serve you, you will be a fan and a constant visitor, never regret your decision

I visited this office for a dermatology appointment based off recommendations. I am always early for my appointment and end up waiting for 20-30 minutes prior to the doctor coming in. Which I get offices can be busy and they can be backed up but I was the only one in the waiting room and all the other patient doors are open and the doctor is just chatting.

When he does come in, he looks at my issue, doesn't tell me what it is. He just prescribed medication to which I have to ask questions to get information about what is actually wrong. While what he prescribed works, he has no desire to help you understand what is actually happening. My appointment today was a total of 95 seconds. So if you are looking for an office where the secretary's barely greet you, the doctor barely has a conversation with you, and you don't mind waiting a while this is the place for you!

I have been seeing Mary Moccia for about two years now for my acneic skin and have nothing but great things to say about her. She not only is a sweetheart of a person but she's also knowledgeable and really cares for my skin concerns. My skin has improved greatly, I feel pretty again. I always look forward to my visits. I also recently was able to have s facial done by Megan, who is also such a sweet person. She's incredibly professional, gave me the best facial I've ever had in my life, what an experience! Dr. Khatri and his staff are amazing and very professional! They have always treated me with respect and compassion. Dr. Khatri's work is amazing, I'll never go anywhere else!

Very nice at first but I call to make an appointment today and they want me to give a deposit of $50.00 well is not happening. Rather go to another place. Because at first I used to pay up front the same day of the appointment. You'll losing another patient. And I know you'll did that because I couldn't make it to my other appointment but I couldn't go because stuff were happening. Maybe you all should start understanding your patients.

Dr. Khatri and his staff are fantastic and are always attentive to my needs. They take the time to sit and discuss my concerns and have developed a relationship with my family and me. We're able to get on the schedule for any last minute concerns will continue to recommend the Skin & Laser Surgery Center of New England to all my friends and family.

Dr Khatri and his staff are excellent. I have had numerous skin procedures taken care of by Dr Khatri, his expertise, professionalism and kindness is the best. I would highly recommend Dr Khatri and The Skin and Laser Surgery Center of New England to anyone.

I've recently had a facial done by the Center's esthetician, Sarah. I've had facials done before at various other places but this one was by far the best! It was very relaxing and my face was LITERALLY glowing! Will definitely be back again!

While the service so far appears to have been adequate, the billing issues are another and they take your money up front before waiting for your insurance to cover. I would avoid this place. Very slick Nashua offices, but I'd prefer less slick but more traditional billing practices. They have like 3 different offices and billing is not in Nashua.

I had a small mole that was occasionally hurting my 8 year old daughter removed from her pinky finger by Dr. Khalil (Khalilullah) Khatri at the Skin & Laser Surgery Center in Chelmsford, MA on 12/14/18. After closely inspecting her mole wearing those large special dermatologist glasses at the initial consultation, Dr. Khatri assured my daughter and I that he was almost 100% certain the mole was not precancerous or cancerous. But, prior to my signing his consent for surgery form, I asked him straight out TWO TIMES if we would ever receive any unexpected bills from having this procedure done by him/his office and both times he answered "No." Yet, sure enough after having it done what do I receive in the mail?

A bill for nearly $400.00! So, even though he was almost 100% sure that the mole was not precancerous/cancerous he still decided on his own and went ahead and sent the mole out to be lab tested "without asking me first or informing me that it would cost us a lot of money to do so!" And, not only did he send out the unsuspicious mole out to be lab tested without my consent, he had the lab - called Skin Pathology Lab at BU - test the mole for SIX different tests!

Absolutely ridiculous! Needless to say, I will never go back to him and will tell as many people I can that this doctor lies straight to your face, that through his decisions you will get an unexpected bill unless your insurance covers 100% of your medical costs and that Dr. Khatri just tells you what you want to hear during the consult so that he can get your business.

By the way - before writing this I called his office twice about this matter and the first time his nurse/office lady said she'd look into it and get back to me which of course she never did (this was over a month ago) and the second time I called was today (2/15/19) and the same woman nonchalantly told me that Dr. Khatri shouldn't have said to me that I wouldn't get a bill, that there was nothing they could do about my getting the nearly $400.00 bill that Dr. Khatri helped create "via his decision ALONE to send the mole out to be tested for 6 TESTS!" VERY DISAPPOINTED! PATIENT BEWARE!

Dr. Khatri is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience as a doctor. He has traveled all over the world which has exposed him to a wide variety of clinical studies. He's an expert in his field and is very professional. The staff is very friendly & attentive. Beautiful office, very clean.

Went to Dr. Khatri for my acne marks. He took time to explain me in detail about procedure and expected results. He went above and beyond my expectations. He and his team are highly professional and I can't recommend him enough!

I did not went to the Nashua office but had an experience in the Chelmsford office. I'm going to copy and paste the review because that's how angry I am! The staff was not polite and greeted us with not even a smirk. The doctor was as dry as they come. Only answering your questions, not giving any recommendation on how to treat your skin.

They also gave me a prescription that was not covered by my insurance. It almost cost me $300. When i called to inform them and try to get a new prescription, no one picks up. I called and left at least 3 messages and no return calls. They finally called me back to remind of me of my follow up visit. I told them the situation with the prescription and no call backs, they were not apologetic at all. Please DO NOT keep this office in business!

Stay away from this place. I used to go for an annual skin cancer check. I got a very small freckle on the top of my foot removed that appeared 'suspicious' to him, even though i told him i had it my entire life. Still insisted it came off. There was, what I would guess to be, an intern shadowing him, and I firmly believe he wanted to do this only for the purpose to teach something to to her.

He did a total ugly hack job over 2 inches long with a dozen stitches, and i couldnt wear shoes for 2 months. He did not tell me the procedure would be so invasive. I assumed it would be a easy, small punch type removal with a stitch or two like I have done in the past with other suspicious freckles. This huge Incision did not close 2 weeks later and took forever to heal.

Huge scar is left behind. And just as I told him, the freckle came back from the lab as harmless. I showed this mess to my new dermatologist and he could not believe such a huge incision was made and it was totally not needed. Wouldnt surprise me if he is in the country illegally or got his degree online. Do. Not. Go. Here.
