I've been going here for years and they are always so nice and helpful. This time I was trying to get an appt that I put off, my glasses broke twice and it was urgent. At first I was told 3 weeks but after I explained the situation they got me in the next day! Colander is wonderful and so we're the two male technician that helped me. Love getting my eye care from here!

Pay for anti scratch coating. Scratched after 1st spray and microfiber cleaning. Complained so they ordered me a new pair that fell apart in 2 days. They always got my prescription wrong too. After 5 yrs here, I went back to Walmart optical, no charge for scratch coating and prescription correct very 1st time. Walmart glasses not falling apart either. Win, win.

Tyler was funny, friendly and efficient! Made my exam comfortable and listened to my concerns. Dr. Colander was so nice and addressed my concerns as well. Great team! Thank you!

Iowa EyeCare really has the nicest people working for them and that is reflected every single time I walk through their door. I haven't been going here for long but they know my name. I call and ask questions or make appointments and regardless of who I speak to, I am given all the attention and information that I need to solve any issue. I have never once waited for more than 5 minutes at an appointment because they run a tight ship that allows everyone enough time while staying on schedule. I will continue my care here for a long time.

My husband came in looking for Safety Precriiption Glasses for duty/job requiements and they immediately ask if they could help him. They asssisted on selecting frames, safety bi and tri focusl lens. They contacted his insurance and help with processing the payment.

They explain what they had to offer and what would work best for safety and his budget. The best service and customer care he has had in 20 years of looking for eyewear. Thank you so much.

Dr. Christensen has been our eye doctor for several years. We are thrilled with his knowledge and patient care. The staff at the Cedar Rapids office is amazing. I always enjoy visiting with them. They are genuinely a great group of people.

I was in just yesterday for my yearly exam and was reminded again how much I enjoy my entire experience at Iowa Eye Care. Everyone there is competent, super-friendly and makes you feel that they know you which is no small task. I'd particularly recommend Dr. Kimberly Cruise who is truly amazing. Dr. Cruise and the staff at Iowa EyeCare are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I do not feel like a number - I feel like they genuinely care about me and my eye health. They take time to answer any questions and provide explanations of testing results, etc. I never feel as though they are in a hurry to get on to the next patient, yet I have never had to wait a really long time to be seen. I have been going there for several years and will continue to go there. I highly recommend Iowa EyeCare!

I had my first visit to Iowa Eye Care this week, and I was very impressed with Dr. Kimberly Cruise! I'd heard that bifocal contacts are difficult to fit, but she told me she has successfully fitted many people with them. She discussed the advantages and disadvantages of gas perm lenses vs soft contacts and explained why she recommends one over the other for me, specifically because of what's going on with my eyes. She's very knowledgeable!

Iowa Eyecare in Cedar Rapids has always been clean and professional looking during each of my visits. The staff are always respectful, kind, and polite. I have never had any trouble and staff were always willing to answer my questions if I had any. Dr. Ryan Nelson is fantastic, as well as the rest of the team!

The staff makes you feel welcome and special and are always very patient and kind and willing to listen to YOU. It has been my experience that the entire staff really does care about their patients. I absolutely love Iowa EyeCare on 10th St SE. my children are patients are they are great with them. The staff is always pleasant and Dr. Nelson is smart and kind. The atmosphere is always warm and everyone is so helpful. No long waits either! I recommend this office for everyone!
