Janesville Pediatric Dental - Jaclyn S Martin

Called to schedule my 2 year olds first dental appointment and I was told parents are not allowed to go back with their children, I immediately had them cancel my appointment. This is not acceptable, particularly at such a young age, regardless of how "standard" they may claim it is (it's not), or how they try to justify it. Unless your child is in an emergency situation or going into an operating room, they should never be left alone in a doctor's office. Parents, please, never let your young child go back by themselves no matter how okay or not okay your child is with it.

I have 3 kiddos and they all are patients of Dr. Martin. We have been taking our kids here for 7 years so far. We just love it here. Amazing staff. Kids love the waiting room. After the appointment they get a token to use to get a toy of their choice in a coin machine, which is a cute touch. You can tell the staff wants kids to enjoy their dentist visit.

I can say without a doubt my kids are getting the best care there is. If your kids need a filling or work done, they explain everything in great detail. I would recommend Janesville Pediatric Dentist to all parents.

As a teenager who has been a patient at Janesville Pediatric Dental Care since I was one, I am happy that they are so nice. I have learned how to properly care for my teeth and the importance of doing so. Everyone is very kind and remembers me and the things I like to do. I look forward to my dental visits!

It was my 4 year old daughter's second time here and she ended up needing two fillings. They walked me through the process and were able to get one done while we were still there. She had a helper the entire time and only use kid terms. I was more nervous than her. I cannot say enough good things about this place, but my daughter leaving the dentist said that she had fun! I think that is testimony enough!

Professional, warm and caring staff. I remember being very nervous about allowing our oldest son (who had just turned three at the time) to go back without me but the staff go above and beyond in making it a safe, comfortable experience for them. We just took our youngest yesterday and again, i wasn't sure how he would do. He exceeded my expectations and it's because of the experience the staff created for him.

Staff take the time to find out from parents what they can talk about with kids during their cleaning, at the end they get a prize, etc. I would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone!

Dr. Jackie and her team are wonderful! We recently needed an unexpected visit while visiting from out of town. We received an appointment the next day and a thorough evaluation. Dr. Jackie's expertise as a specialty trained pediatric dentist is clearly evident! Thank you Dr. Jackie! We miss you!

My children love coming to Janesville Pediatric! The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere sets the kids at ease! While it might seem small, having your child's dentist call you personally at the end of the day to check in on them means the world to a parent! Dr. Jackie is wonderful, kind and my kids love her and the staff! Thank you for all you do!

We had a great first visit. Dr. Jackie, Kassi, Millie and the entire team gave us such comprehensive and excellent care. It is never easy taking our daughter to the dentist but they were outstanding and completely took control of the situation in such a caring way. It's almost an hour drive for us and it was well worth it. Thank You so much for making our experience easier!

I am so thankful for Dr. Jackie and her caring, well trained staff. My son had 8 cavities, some of which were to the severity of needing crowns. When I was a child I had a lot of cavities and did not enjoy my MANY dental visits! I wanted something better for him and I knew that there was a better way than in a typical dental setting with him possibly being upset during treatment. Dr. Jackie and her amazing staff were able to do my son's treatment with IV sedation and get his mouth back to a healthy state.

They were so caring, understanding, and educated me on how to keep him cavity free from this point forward. Dr. Jackie and staff create a comforting environment and treat Kohl as if he were one of their own each and every time we visit. He looks forward to going to his regular visits and can not wait to play in the waiting room before and after each visit.

I'm so very thankful that Dr. Jackie is so caring and compassionate. You can tell that she truly loves her job from the smile on her face and the way that she interacts with the kids! We are patients for life and take every opportunity to tell our friends about the awesome experiences that we continue to have.

Absolutely love taking my kids to JPDC! The staff is incredible and courteous with my kids! Dr. Jackie treats all of her patients like there her own and I totally felt like she had the best interest for my kids always during their visits! She even called after hours to check in on them!

We started taking our one year old after a recommendation from her pediatrician. I was so nervous for her but the staff made us so comfortable! The waiting room is so fun for the kids- they have tons of toys and even video games for the older children! She did great and we have been going there for over two years now. She loves Dr. Jackie and says she wants to be a dentist when she grows up!

What kid asks to go to the dentist? MINE! The staff and Dr. Jackie take time to explain everything and get the children excited about their dental health. I highly recommend this practice! I will never take my daughter anywhere else!
