I had a great experience with the Orthopedic Center at Easton. The staff was excellent and PA Karen Hartke was very patient, explained everything very clearly and provided outstanding care and recommendations going forward. All was taken care of promptly and I even got an MRI the very next day. I highly recommend this office and in particular PA Hartke.

I'm a paramedic and have had to be treated here twice for injuries I sustained at work. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this place more strongly. From the front desk staff checking patients in to the treatment staff everyone is focused on giving patients and their families the best care possible.

This is by far the best Orthopedic office on The Shore. Dr. Jancosko, is very thorough, compassionate and explains everything in detail, and spends time with you. My husband was a patient first for a very serious injury, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I just became a patient as well. We live an hour away, but it doesn't matter, we will drive for the best care. The staff is always very helpful, and pleasant. Highly reccomend.

Patients be aware! I had knee arthroscopy done by Dr. Palumbo. Surgery was unsuccessful. More over, Dr. Palumbo hates immigrant people. He told me, I do not understand what's going on because of my language barrier. I think due to my very thick accent and I think that remark was very inappropriate. Please think twice before scheduling an appointment with that doctor. Surgery outcome depends upon doctor's qualification.

Edit: I retracted my previous review which clearly was a mistake to do since the unprofessional behavior of the office continued to happened after their response. By far the most unprofessional office I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, you would be better all finding an office that knows how to behave professionally and who's office staff doesn't try to play childish games.
Not only did they fail to schedule me with the correct doctor but now they have taken to drawing out approving my appointment claiming that they need to review it because of the type of doctor sending the referral. Now it wasn't a problem the first time I went when they failed to schedule me with the correct doctor but apparently now all of a sudden it's an issue.
Furthermore the office staff takes it upon themselves to recommend procedures that they know nothing about and discuss medical issues that they clearly have no training in. Apparently somehow they know better than the doctors that referred and diagnosed you or even the doctors in their own practice. This is a practice that clearly has ceased to care about its patients or how they actually provide care to their patients, if you choose to go see them keep the complaint line for your insurance company and the board of Physicians for Maryland handy you will need it.

I was a patient of Szczukowski from 1987 thru 2007. I had hip-replacement surgery in 1999, and was 27 years old at that time. From day one, i was never happy with the result. I was never able to return to the type of work that i had been doing prior to the replacement. With no other options, i finally filed for disability in 2019. I was denied disability benefits because The Orthopedic Center submitted a statement that said i COULD work, but would have to do something different.
But they based this statement on info from 2009. I haven't even seen Szczukowski since 2007. So i am wondering how he would even know my current status. Meanwhile, i have no money at all and can't work. I am about to be homeless and can't afford the basics in life, like food or a vehicle. I'm not sure why they would sabotage my claim with outdated info.
You would think someone who claims to be an orthopedic surgeon would understand that there are more issues with joint replacement than the joint itself. I have had issues with my leg being nearly 2 inches shorter than my good one, plus a horrible back problem related to my awkward posture, due to keeping my full weight on my good side. Not to mention, i have suffered from extreme muscle atrophy, which leaves me unable to do anything physical at all. I am currently working with a lawyer to see what action i can take. Imo, these folks don't seem to care about you once the deed is done, and the rest is on you.

Having a total hip replacement during a pandemic can be unnerving. The Orthopedic Center pushed all my fears aside. The office is spotless & they're serious about all Covid regulations. The waiting rooms are well regulated so only 2 - 3 patients at the most are spread more than 6 feet apart. Time spent in the waiting room is 5 min or less. The staff are professional & courteous & they don't act like your questions are a nuisance when they speak to you in person or on the phone. Dr. McCoy handled my surgery & I'm 2 weeks post surgery with zero joint pain. I've also been treated by Dr. Anastasio for my arm pain & received the same top notch care. I'll sing their praises for a very long time.

After a few years of hip problems I was referred to Dr McCoy for possible hip replacement. Dr McCoy had concerns about Total Hip Replacement do to my age(under40). All treatments were attempted before he finally decided THR was the only remedy. Dr McCoy conducted my THR at Easton Memorial Hospital. The surgery went well. THR has given me my life back and I'm pain free. DrMcCoy was professional, friendly and courteous.
I did feel as though Dr McCoy slightly rushed through my appointments and didn't make me feel as comfortable about the surgery as he could have. The staff at the orthopedic center were very friendly and full of smiles. As a whole my experience was good and I would recommend him to other patients. Have had no problems with my new hip.

I've had 2 surgeries here. I have nothing but praise the docs and staff. Yes, the wait might be long, but it's worth your time. They've taken great care of my shoulders and my knee. I highly recommend Chris Jobeck for PT. I've seen many physical therapists over the years, all good, but he was the only one who got things moving as they should be moving. Five Stars, all around.

My experience was excellent. Had two surgeries done by Dr Jancosko and was very happy with him and his staff. He explained the surgeries in terms I could understand and I was always treated by everyone with courtesy and respect. My mother broke her hip at 96, and I was so concerned about her surgery. Dr Mason did her surgery, and she is doing great. Three months later. I would recommend the Orthopedic Center to anyone.
