Lori Maddox was always great in the past. Now all of a sudden our scheduled appt didn't exist, and we received no information on what happened. The office moved locations, and I can't reach anyone to find out what even happened. Were we going to be referred elsewhere, or told anything? I've left numerous messages about rescheduling, but never receive a response.

PA Lori Maddox is awesome. Attentive and caring! Absolutely love her! Dr Kerasidis is pretty fantastic, but his staff is overwhelmed and doesn't reach out to patients when they should.

Unfortunately after waiting 3 months.we get to the appt and were asked to reschedule. The front desk just kept saying oh im sorry but there was no sincerity and all they cared about was how she was gonna pay if needed. It was very upsetting as she has been a patient many many years. Not anymore tho.

This place is really just a waste of time. Multiple times they've rescheduled my appointments, and even without telling me. I'm a college student who is out of state, and I go to my appointments via tele-med. I missed the check in call by a single minute, and I called back five times and left a message, and no one answered or got back to me. Another time they rescheduled my appointment for a week and a half later without telling me!

Even when i'm in the virtual waiting room, my wait time is still longer than it should be. I've seen 3 different doctors at this office for reasons I really don't know, and one of them is pretty rude and slightly condescending! I raised some concerns I had, and she just kind of scoffed, and pushed it off. I would go somewhere else if I could.

This practice provides multiple different services which makes it so convenient for us patients who have more than one issue. I would recommend any of the providers here, and from my own experience with Dr. Reed and Dr. Smallz I felt like I was listened to and not rushed through my appointment. Wonderful practice with wonderful staff.

I have been to many therapists and have sat in many therapists waiting rooms.this was by far the worst. It wasn't just me! I distinctly remember sitting in the waiting room and watching a woman storm out of the side office door while an employee (doctor?) chased after her asking her to come back. It felt more like I was part of a herd of cattle than a human being with mental issues.

The first appointment is the reeling-in of you and your insurance (neurofeedback is billed as therapy appointments because insurance DOES NOT cover neurofeedback). They will be concerned for you, ask if you would like a water, is there anything they can get you.the leaning in of concern, AND THEN - BAM! You are on the schedule for sessions, will talk to another "doctor" (another charge on the bill) about medication changes when they know nothing about you, AND THEN - BAM!

You will not see the first or second doctor again. When you are done, they will review your progress with another person. I say person because this girl looked like she was barely out of high school. She told me how I did, asked if I had any questions, and sent me on my way. There was a time where they were running late and I went to the first doctor's office to tell her this was ridiculous and I should have been called for such a delay, well, that doctor, while sitting at her desk, told me maybe I should go somewhere else! Yep, she knew what she had done because the next time I was in the office she apologized for her remarks.

Chesapeake Neurology is a top notch office, from the front desk, billing, lab and all providers! All staff is very knowledgeable and take their time with assisting you with your needs. I have received prompt call backs and even a call from the doctor herself! In my opinion they have adapted well to the pandemic and have worked great with still seeing patients and fitting me into their schedule in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Great staff, great providers. Even with all the craziness of this world, this staff took their time to explain the policies to keep me safe. The billing department, Danielle, was very helpful in explaining what I may need to pay and was patient enough to give me the codes to call my insurance with. Hands down one of the most pleasant doctor experiences I have had.

This office has the most caring staff I've ever witnessed in a medical office. From when you are checking in and out, the staff walking around in the hallway, the QEEG and Wellness technicians, and Dr. Maddox were very attentive, and really seemed to care. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I am so glad my mom is a patient of this practice. Thank you.

Arrived 15 minutes late to an appointment in June. Was told the policy is if 20 minutes late the patient must reschedule. Completely understand, was rescheduled for August. Arrived today 15 minutes before my appointment. It is now 30 minutes after my appointment and I have not been seen. I asked the receptionist what the policy is for them to be running so far behind if the policy is to reschedule patients. There is no policy. Completely unprofessional disregard for patients and their time.
