What a well run organization.! From check in to check out, the staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional. My appointment was very close to on time. I was not left waiting for extensive periods of time. Every staff person introduced themselves and what they would be doing with me. The PA Brian and surgeon Dr Grey, we're both very good at explaining and answering all of my questions without hurrying me. It was a very busy office and everyone was super efficient and helpful.

No one wants to have surgery, but if it is necessary, you will find no better team than the Orthopedic and Spine Center of the Rockies, Dr. Grey, and his team. Dr. Grey and his team are extremely organized and detail oriented. The process, from initial consultation, to surgery, and recovery, was smooth, understandable, and positive. I had surgery on 5/11/22. The nurses I dealt with (Jess, Jennifer) were excellent with the anesthesiologist (Ramsey) knowledgeable and skilled with the block. My recovery nurse was excellent (sorry, forgot her name). I have had prior success with Dr. Greys' team (Brian, Michelle, Josh) and am sure I'll have success with this latest surgery. Thanks to all involved with my care!

I have had to have two back surgeries in the past 5 years. Doctor Robert Benz is an amazing doc. He has always been compassionate and listens to his patients in order to help them achieve their recovery goals on their timeline. He argued my case with insurance to get me fixed up as fast as possible. Went in, barely able to walk upright, and came out standing tall and walking normally. His team, especially Meghan, are so nice and willing to help. Just an overall exceptional experience.

Dr. Hartman and the staff at OCR have been nothing short of fantastic to my son and our family. Dr. Hartman has done 3 surgeries on my son's knees and he has always been professional and courteous. Any questions have been answered promptly. After every surgery they have called to check on him and make sure everything is going as planned. While I hope we are done seeing him, I also know that he is who we will choose if we have to do anymore surgeries.

My 14 year old was having knee issues and ended up needing surgery. There was great communication and we were able to get her in for surgery quickly that way she had the opportunity to heal before her sports season started up. The entire process from start to end went smoothly and was very organized. Dr Hartman did a great job!

My husband broke his wrist and was referred here by the urgent care facility he received care from Monday. They are listed as Medicaid providers but turned my husband away because our listed health plan doesn't administer Medicaid in Fort Collins (we just moved here, had no idea, and even used that health plan's facility up here with no issue). It seems simple enough to just bill Medicaid directly, but I guess they're more interested in lining their pockets than taking care of patients. Now we're jumping through hoops trying to find another facility to help, while my husband is still without a cast.

. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough examination of my knees and answered all my questions. I like that they did X-rays before I even saw him, so he had them right there and was able to explain them to me. The shot he gave me is working great so far. Today for the first time in a long time I was able to walk downstairs like a normal person, with no pain.
The front desk person, X-ray tech, person who fits braces, and medical assistant were all great - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. If you're a senior athlete as I am ( 70 year old ice dancer ) this is the place you want to come. They take your desire to remain active in your sport very seriously, regardless of age. I would highly recommend Michael and the staff at OCR if you need orthopedic care.

I have had very good experiences at the orthopedic center of the Rockets. I have had three joint replacements one hip two shoulders and it has gone perfectly. I couldn't be happier I really appreciate Brian and Dr. Gray for my last two surgeries. They went out of their way to accommodate me because I am a farmer and had a small window to have these procedures done and they made sure I got them done.
