We are pleased to be able to serve Parker as both an urgent care as well as a family medicine clinic. We provide a myriad of services to get you well and keep you healthy. As a family medicine clinic we manage and treat chronic medical conditions, i.e.: diabetes, high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol as well as most other conditions that require close follow up.

As an urgent care clinic, we diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries as well as sports injuries. We have a digital x-ray unit on-site and trained staff who know how to take the x-rays as well as interpret them.

My wife has had a good experience at this clinic, I had never been. I went for the first time on a Thursday afternoon. When I arrived there was no one in the waiting room, no other patients I ever saw. It took about 15 minutes to get checked in with history and meds. Then they put me into a treatment room. All the while I could hear my PA who was to see me on her telephone.
I couldn't make out the conversation but it didn't seem like serious business. I sat for more than 30 minutes. I didn't see or hear any other patients. She finally got to my room and apologized for the wait. But why did I have to wait so long? That is unacceptable and physicians and their support shouldn't make patients wait just because they aren't busy. If they were stacked up? Sure. But when no other patients were there? That's not right.

I went here a few months ago for a minor concussion and they charged $260 for zero treatment done. Just a nurse telling me. "Rest for 24 hours and drink water" which I could have gotten off the internet for free. I hate medical care in America. This place including lots of others are just a big scam to steal peoples hard earned money and leave you with nothing.

Once or twice a year I have residual back pain bad enough that it motivates me to look at better living through chemistry. The folks here are always fantastic, fast, and more importantly thorough and knowledgeable. I am Tier 1 at the VA and receive great care there as well, but the VA has billions of dollars. 20 Mile Urgent Care in my eyes accomplishes the same standard of care but instead of throwing money around, they just know what they are doing. It's quite revolutionary in the healthcare space :- Thank you!

Went in because I was having cold symptoms. When the dr came in to the room told him my symptoms and told him I had a fever all night. My temperature was normal that day and he seemed upset and asked me if I had a fever last night why was it normal that day? It seemed like he didn't believe me. I asked if he thought it would be a good idea to get tested for covid and he said no there's no point to get tested when people are going to be positive or negative for covid so there's no point to waste a test.
He was sure that all I had was a cold. I still went to get tested at a different place and I came back positive. He wasn't even in the room for more than 2 minutes. Very unprofessional and no one at that location wears a mask. Very disappointed at this visit.

Best urgent care I've ever been to. I came in for stitches (I needed 5) they patched me up within an hour and a half and I was on my way. The guy that did the stitches was awesome he made it quick and painless. I was also cash pay I almost didn't go in afraid it will leave me broke but it was affordable I'm glad I choose the urgent care. Highly recommend!

I am beyond grateful for the staff at 20 mile. More than once we have had to go here and each and every time it has been a positive experience. Friendly staff and down to earth knowledgeable doctor. I have a background working in medicine. The kindness, and professionalism here is not what you get at every medical facility. There are plenty of urgent care options in the area and I will choose this urgent care over any other.
