My ophthalmologist of choice for many years. From periodic eye exams to cataract surgery, Dr. Conahan has exceeded expectations for my vision needs. The well run front desk and admin staff is also a great plus.

Best eye doctor a patient could ask for. Dr. Jim Conahan is the perfect combination of smart, kind, and efficient. His office staff is amazing. It can take a little time to get in to see him (20+ days), but that is just a testament to how amazing he is. There are other providers that can assist you much sooner for an eye exam or an emergency.

Have my eyes checked at United Eye Centers for many years and have always received excellent care. This includes laser treatments, new eye glasses and cataract removal. Every procedure has made my vision available to operate at its peak. Thank you Dr. Conahan!

As a retired physician, I've experienced the in's and out's of medical practice, what can go well, what can go wrong. And of course, my expectations are likely unrealistically high when I'm the patient. That said, I don't think there's a better ophthalmologist on the planet than Dr. James Conahan. His ability and attitude are unsurpassed, and he's a doctor who looks you in the eye. A treasure without a doubt.

Excellent an professional service. We were very pleased with the professional and friendly service provided by Dr Paige Stephens. She took the time to explain what she saw and the condition of the eyes in a manner that was understandable. The rest of the staff was friendly and eager to provide service. We highly recommend this Highlands Ranch, Colorado location.

Called with acute eye injury and they immediately fit me into the days schedule with no problems. Issues handled and out the door with Rx in hand. Customer service and patient care was top notch. I will be coming back for all my eye care needs!

I recommend this practice very highly. I would give an extra star if I could. I decided to switch eye doctors after 30 years due to insurance. I saw Dr. Stewart here for dilation, pressure check, refraction, and a contact check. From the front desk, to the assistant who brought me back, to the doctor, to the in-house optician - - my visit was wonderful!

I have some individual health needs and have to request certain accommodations when I visit doctors; I was treated with friendly respect from everyone. The eye exam itself was extremely thorough. They offer either traditional eye drops for dilation or a newer photo version (there is an extra fee for the photo version). I had the traditional drops.

Great experience for my annual eye appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and they were able to assist with any question I had. Making an appointment was very easy and it was clear they listened to me rather than just trying to get me in and out of the door like many of the larger practices do. Great location with big parking lot which is a plus! Highly recommend this practice!

I lost most of my vision in both eyes over the last few years and Dr. Stewart has gone above and beyond in my opinion to help me get it back with new Sclera lenses. My eyes are difficult to fit and she has been wonderful. I haven't had any problems with the other staff or appointments. A terrific experience. Thank you!

Beware of extra costs added to your exam for procedures not done during your exam. Front desk staff is rude. I have never written a Yelp review before, especially a negative one. Please be warned as this practice has issues.

I had cataract surgery yesterday and Dr. James Conahan was my surgeon. My experience was phenomenal! Dr. Conahan and his staff made this surgery painless, comfortable and very successful! Had my first visit yesterday to meet with Dr. Conahan to discuss cataract surgery. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the great front office staff, I knew I was at the right place. I was so impressed with Dr. Conahan and how he explained all the options for the surgery. By the end of the day, I had received a phone call from his office to set up all the pre-op, surgeries, and post op appointments. I am so impressed with this place!

United Eye Centers in Highlands Ranch has knowledgeable doctors, and when I went in for my appointment they were very quick to get me in and out. I also had to change my appointment multiple times because of work conflicts, and they were able to accommodate. The only thing I did not like was they will not give you your prescription for contact lenses without attending a training class for $100.

I paid the money and attended the class, and the instructor was extremely helpful with showing how to put the contact lens in and then take it out. You MUST complete this (taking the lens in and out) or you will have to keep coming back, and they wont give you any contacts. I was able to do it in the first appointment, and I received my contacts. However, they refused to give me my doctor's prescription until I attended a checkup exam a week later.

I understand the liability concerns, but I don't understand why United Eye Centers are holding my doctor's prescription hostage until I go back into the office - when I do not even want to get the contacts from them anyway. All in all, 3 out of 5 stars since the doctors were professional and quick, but they make you pay too much money and go through too many appointments to get a prescription for contact lens'.

I had severe pain in my right eye and when i called them, they gave me an appointment right away. Great staff and great doctor

A few weeks ago my vision got all blurry for reasons unknown to me. I'd brought my son here for a consult for Lasik a month or so ago and decided to give them a call to check out my eyes. Although it was a bit of a wait until I could be seen, when I went in for the appointment I couldn't have been happier with Keri. I was able to download all of the new patient paperwork beforehand which saved a lot of time. Keri did an exam and dilated my eyes.

Although my prescription changed ever so slightly, she did recommend I have a physical to address some very subtle changes in my eye anatomy. Overall, I was beyond impressed and will go back. Despite previous reviews, the Front Office staff was very helpful and one of the women came back into the exam room with me and chatted for a second about the book I was reading before Keri came in. Super nice. Easy to find. Highly Recommend.

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered and paid for contacts over the phone. After 2 months I called to check on the status and was told by the secretary that they were returned by the post office. (Verified correct address) No one from the office thought to call the patient in two months? I was then put on hold to talk to the manager but the hold was so long that I gave up.

I tried to make an appointment, but the appointment day got mixed up. I never received any notification from them after making the appointment and when I called their office to resolve the issue I was told the appointment was missed and I was hung up on immediately after. I called back and was immediately hung up on again. I called a third time to ask them to cancel the insurance authorization to allow me to schedule an appointment with a different practice and that time I was not hung up on but the lady was rude. While I can't speak for the doctors, I can speak for the new patient experience and I'm very greatful for the mix up that allowed me to look for a new doctor.

Well, Tuesday will be a week. I walked into Dr. Conahan's office to see him with glasses. I walked out to see him without glasses. Thank you to the fine staff at United Eye Centers in CO. I trusted Dr. Conahan so much I flew from San Antonio, Texas to Denver, Colorado to have him do my Lasik Surgery. I had many option here in Texas but when it comes to your eyes, you should have 100% faith in your eye center.

Now it is great not to have my glasses fog up when I get out of my air-conditioned truck to the humidity of South Texas. Looking forward to wearing my cool regular Sunglasses. The tops of my ears are feeling better already. After years of always having glasses sitting on them. The bridge of my nose is also releaved. These may seem like small things to some but I am happy, I am look forward to living glasses free for my day to day activies.

I do still wear reading glasses for very small print reading, but that only makes me look smarter. I can see my phone, dashboard and gps without glasses, it is great. The surgey was quick and painless. I could feel the whole staff had my best interest in mind at all times. Thank you Dr. Conahan and the staff at United Eye Centers in CO.

Dr. Conahan has been our eye doctor for years. We originally went to him when my husband caught a paintball in the eye. Since then we have gone yearly for our checkups. The staff is very nice and I have rarely had to wait. My son had lasik done there and he couldn't be happier. Audrey, works in the office to help you choose glasses. I have never found anyone who can get the progressive lens matched up with how you use your eyes. It makes a huge difference.

Dr. Conahan did my lasik surgery and I was so nervous but the way he walked me thru it calmed my nerves during the whole procedure. He did both of my eyes and he totally prepared me on what to expect for recovery. Everything went as 'textbook' perfect and my whole experience was so awesome that I have referred him many times to my friends who are considering lasik surgery.

I have been going to see him yearly since my surgery for close to 8 years now and have always been amazed at how personal the office staff is and always very helpful. It is always a good experience every time I have an office check up.

I have been seeing Dr Conahan for the last 5 years and I am always pleased with how I am treated! I love the staff thete, they are so friendly! The care I receive from this office and Dr. Conahan is like none that I have ever had! I feel like they actually care how I am doing and feel like they want my vision to get better. I plan on getting lasik in the future and there I no one I trust more then Dr Conahan.

I have seen Dr. Habhab on several occasions and she is wonderful. I have had problems with iritis and she knows exactly what to do. She will spend a lot of time with you explaining what the problem is and what can be done. she also knows how to treat it. She makes you feel comfortable and is never one of those "scare tactic" doctors! Finding a doctor that is very compassionate and thoughtful as well as being qualified is really tough. Dr Habhab has all those qualities.

I never feel rushed and you can usually get in right away if it is an emergency problem. I have learned more from her about my problem from her advice and instruction than all the information I have read on the internet and she explains it in plain language that I can understand.

The wait was short, the doctor was nice, and they seemed determined to help me. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minuets to go back. My doctor had a lot of trouble finding my prescription -Because my eyes have been trying too hard too long to stay in focus- and instead of giving up, my doctor decided to dilate my eyes until she found my percription. Very enjoyable!

Always thought that Lasik would never work for me due to stigmatism and really bad farsightedness, but, I thought what would it hurt to try to get an opinion. The worst they could say was no I wasn't a candidate. Boy was I wrong! After the "yes:" word I could hardly contain myself. Dr Conahan was so nice helpful and his followup post surgery was all I could hope for.

I was someone who needed glasses to put first thing in morning and it took time not to reach for them every day. Surgery turned my life around. At 60 I really love putting on the only glasses I need. sunglasses.
