Dr. Kasunic is seriously the BEST doctor that I've seen in my entire life! He listens, cares and recommends treatment that is actually relevant and needed! He truly sees the patient as a human, and not just another number. He's extremely thorough. which some may see as "unnecessary" however, I'd rather error on the side of caution when I'm dealing with my LIFE! I'm so happy to have found this gem of a doctors office!

I am so happy with Dr Kasunic. I never have to wait to be seen. My appts always start on time. He is thorough and informative. The entire staff is great. So glad I moved to this practice.

My experience has been pretty dismal with this office. They have apologized and tried to make it right but the problems continue. I was referred for a HIDA scan and was told it would be a month. Meanwhile going through my insurance got the scan done sooner and had results sent to both my insurance and CRFP and only my insurance ever got back with results and referred me for surgery.

I called CRFP and they had my scan but never called to explain the results. I called on Friday it's now Tuesday after business hours still nothing. This office you have to remind them of everything and still never get answers. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Castle Rock Family Physicians has been our family physicians for nearly 10 years. We have consistently able to get an appointment quickly when needed and received thorough and professional care. Scheduling and front desk staff always efficient and polite. We have had a caring experience every visit especially when dealing with a difficult diagnosis like cancer.

I have been coming to this practice for as long as I can remember and have never had any issues! Lauryn, one of the PAs, is great for younger female patients!

I have been seeing Dr. Boekes (my husband sees Dr. Kasunic) for the past 21 years. Dr. Boekes and his team have consistently provided great medical care and communication. He listens, answers my questions, and provides excellent physical and mental health care. I never feel hurried or minimized. When unexpected illness arises, the staff gets me quickly on the schedule.

I've also seen Lauren who provides great health care. Speaking from my own experience, over many years of excellent health care from Dr. Boekes, Dr. Kasunic, and Staff- I just want to say THANK YOU. I highly recommend Castle Rock Family Physicians.

My interaction with the receptionist caused me to simply hang up and go to Urgent Care instead of this office. I called to book a same day appointment due to a 3 week long throat infection & waking up with my airways semi closed up & wheezing. So naturally. I'm having a hard time talking & my voice is almost gone. The first time I started talking the receptionist cut me off and said "I can't hear a word you're saying: Only heard you say your name." Didn't appreciate her tone, but ok, understandable.so I started over trying to tell her my issue quickly & the best I could with my voice being nearly gone.

I was about to say that I woke up having a hard time breathing when she cut me off for the second time to tell me she could schedule me a FaceTime appointment. Her tone was rude & I'm not sure what a FaceTime appointment is going to do for me when she can hardly hear me on the phone as it is. I would think maybe they would need to take a look at my almost closed up airways? Unprofessional, rude & could care less. I won't be using this practice anymore.

I'm not writing this review in spite, it's to educate others so they don't make the same mistake we did. Please read and review the other one star reviews. They're all pretty much accurate. Unprofessional, overcharging, lack of respect, say one thing do another, ask you to come back to get a script filled when you're already there, pushing procedures that aren't necessary and the most expensive on their list (I have photo evidence). The list goes on and on. For your own benefit and peace of mind, go somewhere else.

I left the country to get married and my favorite doctor is gone! I know she had twins and is probably being super mom but DARN! This place needs her. I've worked in healthcare for 15 years and Jessica Botts is literally one of the best. She saved my life and helped my daughter with so much. She's super smart, looks you in the eye, and is direct. She also has one of the biggest and caring hearts of any provider I've ever known.

I may start a petition to bring her back. I know many other patients would join me. I hope she sees this and knows how much she is missed by so many of us. COME BACK JESSICA!

There was two major HIPPA Violation that caused a lot of issues. I'm not happy with how info and personal information is handle with this office. I will be switching as soon as I can. You never can speak with a Dr. unless you make an appointment that are not ever covered. The copay here even with insurance is outrageous. They do alot of rest with out going over cost and with hold prescription from you until balances are paid.

I never got to see an actual Dr. just a NP, she was great even though the MA's and front office at this office cause alot of issues and do not relay the correct information and there is just so much wrong with this office. More about the money then good quality of care.

I moved to CR from Denver last year and decided to try CR Family Physicians for my primary health needs. I've been more than happy with the care I've received and don't plan on going anywhere else. Lauryn Kestel is my care provider and she's extremely thorough and takes the time to explain every step of any process, handle insurance issues, etc.
