Our practice does not require a referral; however, your insurance plan may. Please check with your insurance carrier if you want your insurance to cover the cost of our services. Our practice does not take primary responsibility for the medical treatment of asthma; however, we are occasionally consulted to perform allergy evaluation and treatment for asthma patients.

I was referred by South Lake Hospital ER after losing most of my hearing from severe wax impaction. I was told they take ER referrals asap and work them in quickly. When l called, l was told it would be a month, l would have to walk around 75% deaf for a month because they would not work me in for about 15 minutes. If you can't accommodate ER referrals, then tell the ER!
I was spoken to very rudely. They don't care about the patients, I can barely hear on the phone, barely hear my TV etc. DON'T TELL AN ER YOU WILL SEE EMERGENCY REFERRALS QUICKLY WHEN YOU WON'T!

I should have checked their ratings before making an appt, after receiving a referral from Orlando Health ER in Clermont! But I trusted OH, and went on faith, but while getting directions, I noticed the clinic had a 2pt something rating, but I thought we would give it a try. Boy was I wrong! the office is too small to do social distancing, and there is no privacy when you're being asked questions at the front desk!
But oooh they go into great deal before allowing you to make an appt! The scheduler want to have our insurance adjuster contact them, so they could find out how much our insurance would pay, even though all they needed was our claim number! I have been a nurse since 05/1980, and I have worked across the country in large and small hospitals and clinics, but I have NEVER seen a clinic schedule a new patient for a 15 min first time visit!
The Provider was in the room less than 15 seconds, before stating that there was very little he could do for my son's bilateral nasal fx, but he had no problem trying to sell him on becoming a patient for a non issue, and procedure to get him to provide his personal insurance info, so he set him up for testing, appts etc, and was going to order medication for a non accident related problem!
They NEVER called in the medication! This providers' actions made me think, that the insurance and the clinic might have been working in connection to belitle my son' accident injury! We won't be going back!

Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with a doctor (Bradfield) who is only interested in billing insurance and doesn't spend time answering your questions. To make matters worse, the receptionist can't be bothered either and hung up on me twice because I inquired about paperwork that has taken them two weeks (so far) to complete. The unprofessionalism starts at the top and is evident throughout the practice.

This is my overall review of the Barranco clinic after having been here several times now. During the Corona virus - Now that businesses are starting to open back up. There's a lot of safety measures in place. When you enter the building prior to going into the doctors office your temperature is checked and you're asked a few questions "any fever or coughs?" "Traveled outside the area recently?" So once you're cleared you're giving a ticket and you can then enter the doctors office.
The Barranco clinic is located on the second floor btw. You sign in and wait to be called to verify all information remain the same. Or make changes if anything's changed. I waited 10 minutes tops in the waiting room and then I was called to go in the back. I waited a little longer than normal this time to see the doctor. I started to get a bit impatient - So I asked the nurse if I could reschedule if it were going to take much longer; she assured me that I would be next to see the Dr. and also offered me some water.
I was THIRSTY. I have to quench my thirst every so often or else I get really thirsty. She offered me either a cold or warm bottle which I opted for the cold bottle of water. She left the room and returned and made sure I was absolutely comfortable before leaving again. Adjusted my chair which definitely helped. Shortly afterwards Dr. Stuart entered with the nice nurse in tow.
The service was fast! My ears felt great! I produce an impressive amount of ear wax so I like to go in for maintenance as often as possible. I would recommend this office. The staff is really helpful. The nurse I had today was excellent and kind. Definitely appreciated her making sure I was comfortable:

Wish I could could go back in time. I've suffered most of my life with allergies and sinusitis. Dr Bradfield performed surgery and things have only gotten worse. Wish I never stepped foot in there office. I now have scar tissue that obstructs my nasal passage. I would have chosen a different doctor if I knew what I now know. Unfortunate and careless with his hands to leave symptoms worse after performing my surgery. Be careful and chose wisely. Do your research. Bradfield's surgery was a complete failure for me.

Do not go! Stay away! You call, ask"do you accept my GHI insurance" answer is "yes" we do. So you make an appointment. Again ask, do you accept my insurance. Answer: "yes" we do. Give insurance cards to receptionist. Pay co-pay and have a seat. See Dr. Bradfield (I give 4 stars for him. Staff "0"). He diagnose and orders testing. Prepare to leave office, told by staff someone will call you to schedule appointment.
Indeed receive call to schedule, could not at the time due to travel. Return from overseas to a $270.00 bill from the Barranco Clinic stating, they "do not participate with my insurance." When you call to complain and make noise about the bill, staff transfer you to people who will not pick up their phone. Save yourself the aggravation. The staff are not astute! Stay away, go somewhere else. Read other reviews, I am not the only one with this issue with them.

Really great experience. Whole staff has been great starting with Dr. Sundean on down. I am a 57 year old male and they are working on treating issues I have had my whole life. I am very excited about my future years now that these negative health issues I have are finally being addressed. Really caring staff. Been to many doctors over the years and wouldn't say it if it wasn't true.

Dr Bradfeild is fantastic. Myself and the family have been going to him for years. I am a stage 4 thyroid cancer survivor of his. I went to all the city doctors, and was missed diagnosed for 10 months. I was recommended to see him through a third party. Did the biopsy and found out that I have cancer. Went in for surgery, not expecting stage 4. He painstakingly took hours to remove my thyroid. Taking extra care to not cut out my vocal chord.
I can't sing like I use to, but I am alive and thriving 12+ years later. I love this man and all that he has done I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED him! Do not listen to these posts. Dr Bradfeild is the bomb. Very straight forward with his patients Will take the time with you and tell you all you need to know ****** Six stars is what he is. Joe ROCKS!
