Rand Eye Institute

Had my cross eye linking done here for both eyes due to keratoconus. I would happily recommend this procedure & practice to anyone thinking about doing this as the doctors are very detailed and take the time to explain the benefits of the procedure. The doctors are very personable & would recommend anyone with eye issues to come here! 10/10

The wait to get on Space Mountain at Disney is short compared to the time you wait here. If you make an appointment your time doesn't matter. i gave them 3 chances and each time the excuse was even more ridiculous. I would highly recommend you go to another place or research an alternative.

Keeps texting me about a deceased family member being due for an appointment. I tried to text STOP but they refuse. I then called and was on hold for a while. Hung up and reported their number to my carrier as spam. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER. The procedure was ok though. Edit: No I won't call again. Reported the fake number you're texting from as spam so I won't get the texts anymore. If you're going to spam people, make opting out easier.

Called four hours ago with an emergency. Still waiting for a return phone call. Ready to start crying from frustration and worry. I am not a new patient. They have all my records should I call another doctor office?!

I just had my cataracts removed there. I cannot heep enough praise on the staff of the Rand Eye Institute. Every one of them has an absolutely amazing bedside manner, all of them kind, patient, and good-natured. Explaining every single detail of what they were doing and why they were doing it as they went along Just wonderful people. They even have a shuttle service to pick you up and bring you home. Which is genius, why doesn't every outpatient Surgical Clinic do this? 10/10 would recommend.

Truly amazing doctors and staff! However I have been here more than 8 visits and the average initial wait time is over 1.5 hours and total time over 3 -5 hours each visit. It's very sad that they can't properly schedule patients. It's an outright lack of respect for the patient's time. Therefore I'm leaving a one star rating due to the lack of proper scheduling. Positively nothing to do with the quality of care! Who exactly in charge of scheduling?

After 10+ years of contacts I decided to finally pull the trigger on getting Lasik. Going to Rand Eye was the best decision I made. They have such a fantastic team that made it a stress free & a smooth experience. Dr. Allison Rand cares so much for her patients she gave me her personal cellphone number to call her anytime for concerns or issues. Rand Eye Institute cares for their patients and I felt like they were there for me every step of the way.

There is not enough words to describe how pleasant and efficient was my experience with Rand Eye Institute. From the receptionist to the Dr's : Dr. Rand, Debby and Dr. Carl, everybody was nice and welcoming. And not only to me. I sent my son, my nephew and my close friend to them and they all came back saying that they never got such a high level of service from any medical professionals.

My son vision is back to perfect and his recovery time was very easy and fast. I truly appreciate everything that you did for me and my family and recommended anybody to give Rand Eye a visit. Such an amazing team.
