Great place! They were kind from the phone call to me leaving my appointment. The front desk young lady has such a soothing voice that makes you feel comfortable. I saw Sabrina in the back to get me ready for the Dr. She was very pleasant and professional. DR B was cool as well. I will be going back to look for glasses.

OK, these people are literally THE best. Steve is in the optical department and is just SO genuine, accommodating, friendly and really cares about his clients. He went above and beyond and I just knew I needed to post a review! Also the doctors and assistants are incredible as well. I love it there!

Dr. Joyce is Amazing. She cares. It is very hard to find a doctor that truly cares. The office team is also friendly.

From the original phone call to every single visit this office gets 5 stars and above. I was from out of town without insurance and had an emergency situation and this office was amazing to work with! Not only did I get a same day appointment but Dr. Royce was so patient and competent. The staff is polite and willing to assist you with the red tape you get from the insurance companies.

I've sent two friends there and they also were impressed at how wonderful Dr. Royce and her staff treat you. You are actually a person and not an insurance number who gets to speak with a caring intelligent doctor that can actually help you! I can not recommend this office and doctor enough.

I just had the doctor rub her dirty fingers on my eyelids. 1. enter the room (touching dirty doorknob) 2. use the computer (touching dirty keyboard, mouse) 3. use exam equipment (touching dirty knobs) and then proceed to rub her finger all over my eyelid. without washing or sanitizing her hand at all. no gloves. nothing. this is absolutely disgusting. she probably didn't wash her hands after coming from the last patient either.

I have no words. the lack of professionalism, respect for the patient, and overall hygiene/cleanliness is just astonishing. find a different eye specialist unless you want them to rub dirty fingers on your eyelids.

I was referred to this office by a friend when my husband got a piece of metal in his eye at work. I called and spoke to Shayna about getting him in. Before we could make the appointment she told me that the office was busy and she would give me a call back that day or the next day. Nearly 2 weeks went by without ever hearing from her or anyone else from the office.

To make matters worse, when I called back today Shayna did not have any of my husbands information and glibly told me that she talks to people all day and that things like that just happen. No apology. No concern for his condition. Her only question was of our insurance to which she quickly told me wouldn't be accepted there anyway and proceeded to try and dismiss me. Needless to say my husband will be seen elsewhere. My first impression of this office is that all they care about is insurance coverage and not patient care or at least that is what Shayna is concerned about.

Very efficient and well-run practice. Dr Royce is very friendly and thorough. She took time to explain her findings and her prescribed treatment without making me feel rushed. She also encouraged me to call her if I have questions. A very positive experience, and I feel like I'm in good hands!

I was recommended by a family member to go and see Dr. Royce. As soon as I got there it was a great experience, the desk clerk and the eye tech was great. Very nice and personable, no complaints. And when Dr. Royce came in she was super sweet and explained everything I needed to know. I highly recommend going here and I also was helped out tremendously by the man who helps you select new glasses in the lobby, I forgot his name but he helped me pick out some fabulous metal framed BeBe glasses that I never have tried before. Loved the entire experience today.

Dr Royce is amazing and caring. I am working with a diagnosis of severe dry eye and she is kind and careful to explain and try all options. I am grateful for her care. All the staff in the office and the assistants are also kind friendly and caring'! I highly recommend this practice!
