Our facility offers patients and their families a smaller, more comfortable setting than what you'll find in a full-service, traditional hospital. However, we continually invest in the latest technologies to ensure we have the most up to date tools to treat your condition quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. Losing sleep, disturbing your partner at night, and constant bathroom breaks are among the common consequences of having BPH and an enlarged prostate. Do you know what your treatment options are?
Services
We want you to feel comfortable with your physician the moment you walk in the door. So please read about our expertise, education, and why we choose each day to make your treatment our life's work. All of our doctors are Board Certified in Urology. We want you to be confident with our Physician Assistants from the very beginning.
Florida Urology specializes in treating BPH, which causes an enlarged prostate. As the prostate glands grow, the urethra, which allows urine to exit your bladder, may become pinched from the additional pressure placed on your urethra. BPH can make a normal function, like the need and ability to urinate, complicated.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach when seeking treatment for their enlarged prostate gland (BPH) symptoms. Though prostate growth is common for men to experience as they age, everyone reacts differently with their diagnosis. At Florida Urology, we approach the treatment of BPH with a focus on these individual needs.
If you are looking to treat your BPH symptoms without risky surgery, then a pharmaceutical solution is worth exploring. Your prostate treatment plan will be one of the most important decisions that you will ever make. This decision will impact your overall health and quality of life for years to come.

I will be forever grateful for the doctors here. Finally after years of seeing different specialist and doctors, they took one look at my symptoms and said "it sounds like textbook ms". And they were right! Finally an answer to all my unanswered questions! An end to pain and suffering starting new treatments. Thank you

Sign on front door states "Masks or Face Coverings are Required". I was double masked. Several providers are not wearing masks. When I asked for the provider to wear a mask when in the room with me, I was told, very emphatically that they are vaccinated, boosted and they don't have to wear a mask. They told me, numerous times, that there is no law that mandates that they wear a mask.
I stated that if the provider would not wear a mask, I would prefer them not to take my blood pressure but would accept provider in room to sit not close to me. They stated that since they would not be able to take my blood pressure, or examine me - which they had not done since 2020, I would have to find care elsewhere. They stated that they had "rules" and if I would not abide by their rules, I would no longer by treated by them and was asked to leave the room, I was basically "kicked out of their offices" because I asked their providers to wear a mask.

Worst office ever. Rude staff. Long waits. Asked if I could record our talk as I have disorder/syndrome which can make it hard for me to remember which I explained, just audio of course no video and They acted appalled and insulted and said they would have to talk with her team of lawyers and I said. I just can't remember that well I just wanted to record the audio on my iPhone LOL.
Just about my own health. My family was astounded how rude they were to me on the phone when they were listening on speaker. Then they sent me a letter they had fired me. Horrific and I will never see again. Not that I'm allowed to anyway. But you can see I have lots of reviews. Many are positive. This one isn't. It's nice to see I'm not alone. Some of the most rude people I have ever met at any doctors office in over a half of a century on this planet

Complete ignorance of my time. They brought me in for a consultation, made me an appointment for my procedure. They portrayed my appointment as a favor to me, because the doctor wanted to leave early on this Friday. Then the day before, they call me and say they are being forced to change my appointment from 11a.m. to 7a.m. because they've had so many cancellations.
Ultimately that didn't work for my situations with babysitters etc. They didn't care. They said they couldn't keep my appointment because they can't have staff sitting around doing nothing. That doesn't seem like my problem. They made my appointment for a mutually agreed upon time. And then offered zero compassion to my schedule when they were forcing a change on me.
I guess their business model doesn't involve compromise. Sad to say another example of a doctor who thinks he's above being a human being. Rediculous. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never see this doctor/group again. Great first/last impression folks.

Had the misfortune to see these "doctors" recently. After what I thought was an okay visit with Dr. Bennett Scaglia and plainly making myself clear that I wanted no medication that would interfere with sexual function, he assured me several times that Finasteride also known as Propecia did not have any, I agreed to try the medication. After obtaining it I read the side effects which are totally opposite what he said.
This medication causes impotence, loss of interest in sex, lowers sperm count, causes abnormal ejaculation and other sexual dysfunctions and I advise anyone taking this to read about its side effects. These side effects are often irreversible! Needless to say I flushed them down the toilet. I canceled any further appointments with these quacks. I should have known better than to trust anyone in a one star hospital like Halifax at Clyde Morris and International Speedway. You would be wise to go elsewhere.

Everything seemed great when my husband went in for his vasectomy. Dr morrow preformed the surgery. Recovery went smoothly. No real complaints there. My husband brought in his sample In the appropriate time and was told no sperm seen was pretty much clear but would like a second sample. My husband did not go back for the second one. Fast forward a year later.
I became pregnant on our cruise (no way I could have concieved by anyone other than my husband). We called the drs office to do another sample. Took over 24 hours to get the results. We were told by the pa there was not a sperm to his name and to "check with his wife". 4 days later we went to a reproductive center, who within 10 minutes saw sperm AND let my husband see for himself under the microscope.
We are well aware that a vasectomy is not 100%. All we wanted was the surgery to be corrected. I then faxed the proof from the reproductive center to the urologist. In which time they question the accuracy of the test (mind you my husband saw the sperm himself) he was then tested by the urologist and told again there's no sperm. You tell me whose test is not accurate.
Obviously sperm came through twice. Once to get me pregnant and once again on the slide under the microscope. My total issue with this place is the lack of care to fix the problem. So we have a failed vasectomy that we paid for and my husband is still semi loaded and $2,000 in medical bills from the miscarriage (from this unplanned pregnancy) and the surgery I had to under go to prevent future pregnancy.
I would not recommend this place because if the job is not done correctly or if there is regrowth they will just tell you there's no sperm and send you on your way. They should be ashamed of themselves for not trying to correct the problem efficiently.

I have know this group for 20 years. They do a great job with everything they have done. I have recommended this group to many at my church and social groups that may need this area taken care of. The staff is wonderful and the office manager Mike is always helpful. They have there own x-ray and surgical center on site so you do not have to go to a hospital.
