Fier Eye Care & Surgery Center

I'm so disappointed. My parents were friends and patients of Dr Fier. Let me first state that he no longer practices. This is a review of a horrible front office. I first requested an appointment on the scheduling website. I didn't hear anything from them.not even an email saying they'd be calling soon. Instead, 3 days passed and I drove to the office while on my way to work.

I asked the reception for an appointment with Dr Fier. She curtly replied he's no longer practicing. Strike 2 for her curtness. I then asked for an appointment. I told her I had requested an appointment on their website. She looked at me with a pursed lips, hands to her brow, swiveling to look at the other person in the front office and back to me with a look that I can only interpret as disgust with me and that I was inconveniencing her. Strike 3. At that point, I said never mind and walked out. Very upsetting and disappointing.

I am a new patient to Fier Eye Care. I was very impressed at my son and my first appointment. Dr. Frey took a lot of time with both of us. I had a new eye diagnosis that Dr. Frey showed a lot of compassion giving me. He explained how to take care of my eyes in a very detailed and thorough manner. He took a lot of time and care with my son as well for a new eyeglasses prescription. The office staff was also very kind and professional.

I first started going there in 2015 seeing Dr. Kelly who operated on my right eye to have a macular pucker removed. Dr. Kelly is very friendly and listens to you and answers any question that you might have. The staff there is some of the friendliest that I have come across in many years. I go for check ups twice a year and everyone rembers me and ask what I've been doing and so on. I always look forward to going into the office.

2 weeks since I had my other eye cataract surgery! After being so nervous I'm thrilled with the results! Love how clear and crisp my vision is! The vibrant colors are an added bonus! No more glasses! So glad i chose the panoptix lens! Thank you Dr Palmer!

This group and Dr. Seith (who was terrific) were recommended by a friend after I had a bad experience elsewhere. I cannot say enough about their staff, all around care and of course the pleasant and professional treatment received. I had cataract surgery that was a terrific experience at the surgical center where everyone could not have been more kind and efficient! Highly recommend!

I recently went to Fier Eye Care for the first time. Kathy's greeting was so friendly that I knew I had come to the right place. Dr Seith did a very thorough exam and answered all my questions. On my return to see Dr Frey, the optometrist, for my contact lens fitting I was again greeted by Kathy. Dr Frey also was very thorough and personable. I ordered my lenses through the office and they were available for me to pick up in a couple of days.

There is also a retina specialist on staff which was important to me as I have a history of a retinal hole in one eye. If you are looking for a highly professional eye care center with a warm, personal touch, this is the place.

This is an amazing place with the most professional and caring people I have had the pleasure of seeing. From Laurie to Tisha to Amanda to Anne and Dr. Kelly, they saved my sight in my left eye and continue to be an amazing group. They always present a caring and friendly approach to each patient. Thank you all and I recommend Fier Eye Care to anyone and everyone who needs help with their sight.

I had an eye appointment very recently at Fier Eye Care & Surgery Center. My wait time was no more than 5 minutes, which I appreciated. I was treated very cordially and professionally. I had a detailed eye exam because of a problem I was experiencing. I felt very comfortable with all personnel I met. Thank you very much. I'll would definitely return either on my next scheduled appointment, or if and when, I may experience some problem.

I had a wonderful experience at Fier Eye Care in Stuart. The staff was very caring and helpful. Everything was clearly explained. Dr Kelly is terrific. I feel confident in the Care I received there. Would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I have been patients at Fier Eye Care and Surgery Center for a few years and always find the staff and professionals there to be very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife had a lens implant which was successful and there is continuous follow-up to make sure all is well. I highly recommend them.
