Always had pleasant experience with the staff, just had surgery last week I've had to call a couple times just to make sure what I was experiencing was normal office staff got back to me a timely manner. Dr. MCCurdy is awesome!

I had 3 appointments for early in my pregnancy and had 4 horrible experiences here. They made numerous mistakes to my appointments, no one was friendly, and the midwife I met with told me that during my first pregnancy, I "wasn't in labor" for 27 hours because I wasn't dilating. With full blown contractions the entire time. Strike 1. The girl in the office received my records from my previous provider (just changed due to a move north) and she misread them - called me to tell me I'm having a girl with no downs syndrome.

She read my results from 5 years ago! Idiot. They made it so difficult to get my records from them once I had enough and went back to my previous provider almost an hour away but it's 100x better than going here. Everywhere I turned, something was screwed up with this office and they were making mistakes left and right. Not what any pregnant woman needs. DO NOT waste your time here, find a professional office because this isn't it.

This place is very unprofessional I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 I get there at 2 30 Iam in the wrong suite because there directions recording tells me A but it's C so I am 8 mins late they tell me I can't get seen never had this problem before In my life I just moved to the area and was trying to establish a doctor I was needing medical service and was denied I waited a long time for my appointment and was in pain this place has no care for their patients absolutely awful service Update I called to speak to the director to explain what happened about the recording and my treatment and the rep told me she said she is aware and didn't want to speak to me even more unprofessional.

I Just wanted to let them know the recording for the location suite is incorrect Worst medical experience ever I 'm traumatized by this experience all I wanted was my referral for a pelvic ultrasound

I am only 4 months pregnant but my experience so far has been amazing. I truly want to thank Dr. Mcurdy for being so through and taking the time to listen to my concerns and also addressing them. I feel I truly am in great hands and so it my little one.

I have been a patient with WHS since my first pregnancy 2.5 years ago. The doctors and front desk staff at tradition have always been welcoming and helpful which ultimately, is what keeps me going back. The Jensen office, which we have to schedule through, is a completely different story. There is one woman that answers the phone there and sounds like she is burdened by the patients needs.

I called today to schedule and was told no I wasn't due for what I needed and she wouldn't schedule me. I proceeded by asking for her name and to speak to an office manager because this isn't my first time experiencing this with her. She refused to give her name and hung up in my face multiple times. I've brought this up with doctors and asked to speak to an office manager before with no call back so now I'm here hoping maybe it will make a difference but from the looks of all the bad reviews about the Jensen locations office staff, it seems like this may not be a pressing issue for them. Unfortunately, bad staff like this will push out clientele slowly but surley.

Doctors and everyone in the back are amazing. Very kind and intensive. But front desk, check in counter is just not friendly here at the Jensen office. I rather go to tradition and st Lucie west just to be greeted nicer. Other than that I love all the doctors and midwives at women's health specialist.

I recently discovered that I am pregnant with my first child. Overwhelmed with excitement and questions, I reached out to my gynecologist to set up my initial prenatal appointment. I was very disappointed that after 17 phone calls (yes, 17!) I never heard back from anyone. My fiance and I decided to try calling Women's Health Specialists. Not only did someone answer right away but when I was transferred to Patty (who handles scheduling for initial prenatal appointments) and had to leave a message she called me back within minutes. Patty was an absolute pleasure to speak with!

She answered all of our questions, both about the services that they offer and what to expect from our up coming appointments as well as breaking down the cost and explaining my insurance coverage. In the subsequent weeks, questions have come up and Patty is always prompt and professional. During this scary and exciting time in our lives, it has been very reassuring to work with someone who understands our curiosity and excitement. Weeks later, I still have not heard back from my original gynecologist.

I love being a patient at Women's Health Specialists! I have been for many years. Dr. Burgess and her team are amazing! They make you feel comfortable and take their time with you answering your questions and actually listen to you! I am so glad that I found them! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Love them! :O

I went to this facility for both of my pregnancies and had a great experience. However, I have had some issues that I need to address and called to schedule an appointment. They told me to call back at the end of June to schedule for August. I called back June 22nd and they said they didn't have my insurance info on file and didn't have any appointments until October!

I am struggling on a daily basis with these issues and now I have to wait even longer. I refuse to schedule an appointment with a facility that can't even get scheduling correct. I am not sure what happened since I went there last but overall it has went downhill.

Hi, I am about six months pregnant. So far I have had a great experience at the Jensen location during this pandemic. Betty at the front desk is always funny and nice to me, she calmed me when I was laid off and Patty has been helping me personally to stay with the office. They switch doctors to let you see who works for you and so far all have been nice. Dr. McCurdy and Mary K had been great.

I am a black woman and it's hard putting trust in doctors sometimes, I have to have a scheduled c section and I'm nervous but trusting them to take care of me and my baby. While my fiance is not allowed in the office, I always feel fine and comforted when here so far. My blood was taken I think by Christine and she was quick, friendly and no pain after. Let's see how the journey goes but so far the office has been great for us.
