When the nose is not functioning properly, it can be difficult to breathe. An inflammation in the sinus cavity can interfere with normal mucus drainage, leading to breathing difficulties, pain and pressure. These problems are often a sign of another condition or disorder and should be diagnosed by a doctor.

Everything went incredibly well. My daughter, 9 years old, had her tonsils and adenoids removed. The Fort Sutter Hospital staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. Making the entire experience very easy. They made my daughter feel comfortable and at very at ease. She was talking about them for hours after her surgery - they obviously left a good impression. Dr. Evans made an appearance in the waiting room after the surgery to let her father and I know that everything went smoothly.

He is very personable and I appreciated that. I didn't see any other doctors coming in to speak to people. Overall an excellent experience and my daughter is recovering well. Thank you to the everyone involved.

I was 4 min late to my appointment due to heavy traffic and being unable to find the office. I allowed extra travel time since I was unfamilure with the area. When I found where to go in the building I was told I was late and would have to reschedule. I was shocked. 4 min late? No I want to keep this appointment. They talked to the Dr and allowed me to stay.

Other then the front desk help, I was very happy with my treatment from the Dr and his staff. Doctor was very informative and explained every thing to expect for my upcoming surgery to remove a tumor. I felt safe and well care for and treated with respect and compassion. Thank you Dr McLaughlin and staff. You are all very professional.

All staff are amazing and Dr. Bowdish answered any questions or concerns I had. Overall my experience has been wonderful. I tested for food and environmental allergy and started my allergy shots. It's been a great experience! My allergy are a lot better now and I just appreciate them so much!

Everyone from financial, nurses, and Dr. McKennan especially were very polite and professional, they answered every question and explained everything that needed to be done so that I could completely understand what I would be going through, I really appreciated that. I also very much appreciated the phone call to my family right after surgery, and the personal phone call from Dr. McKennan the day after surgery to check in and also explain how the surgery went, and what was to be expected in the days ahead. It was overall a very good experience, which was very helpful for it being my first-time surgery.

Dr. McKennan, Gerry, Dalton, and the audiologists are all wonderful! My son has challenging ears, and Dr. McKennan has worked wonders! Kristin and Lily in billing are also wonderful! We are from out of state and they masterfully work with me, my insurance company, and the surgery center every time my son has a procedure. I can't recommend this office enough! They are awesome!

The entire staff at Sac ENT Allergy Center has great customer service skills; they are informed, helpful, kind and patient. Evelyn Keaton, NP knows her stuff! She is very professional and yet makes one feel at ease. I've been coming here for five years for asthma and the past year for allergy desensitization treatment. It's been a good experience every time and the treatment has been most effective.

Took my 9year old daughter to see doctor on Wednesday afternoon he said her tonsils need to come out. Thursday morning we received a call from office staff to schedule her outpatient surgery about 2 weeks out. My daughter was comfortable with the doctor. So far I have zero complaints everything has been on point. Nice doctor and friendly staff.

One of the first things the doctor did, even before addressing me, was put his hands on my shoulder and stand very close to me. Felt very unnecessary and uncomfortable. I also drove all the way to Sac for this appointment that I had been waiting months for, I left with him telling me to "be good and use nasal spray" when I had been using spray for years and nothing helped.

Before suggesting the spray he said you have two options "get a scan to see your nasal structure or use nasal spray to see how that goes." I asked for the scan because I knew nasal spray didnt work and then he and his nurse said I couldn't get a scan and that I'd have to make another appointment. Why did you offer it then? Why did I drive to Sac (I'm a student without a car so I rely on people to take me) just to get told to use nasal spray that never worked?!

I also came with scans from a previous doctor that showed nasal obstructions and both the nurse and doctor refused to look at them saying "they wouldn't help." Really? No curiosity? No approach of truly helping a client rather telling her to "be good"? Not sure if its because he was male (I tend to never ever see male doctors because of how creepy they've been towards me in the past), is too comfortable in his job, or if he just really didn't care. Super disappointing experience.

Dr. McKennan was fabulous! He is knowledgeable and very kind. He explained everything very clearly. Super personable. We came away with a very good impression of the care received and of the doctor's superior bedside manner.

During an appointment in October, I complained to my doctor about discomfort in my throat. He examined me and saw a white spot on the back wall. He sent a request to the insurance company and to the ear-nose-throat office. After a couple of weeks, I received approval to visit the doctor. I called the office but they said they hadn't received anything yet and would call as soon as they got permission.

Another two weeks passed and I got a call and made an appointment in a month. I changed insurance and they canceled the appointment. I had to go back to the insurance company. I got new approval. But they have not called me yet. More than 3 months have passed, but I still have not visited this office. I believe that money for this office is more important than the health of patients.
