Dakota Radiology is a wonderful facility. I have been going there for years and continue to be impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and most of all their staff! They are friendly, caring and compassionate. Highly recommend!

Like other people on here my issue is with their billing. After a MRI procedure, apparently I owed $11. 4 months after the procedure I receive our first notice of the $11 which is actually their "last notice" and they are preparing to send to collections. I paid immediately that day. 1 week later I get a Collections Notice from Credit Collections Bureau.

I call Dakota and they informed me they had sent 2 prior notices which is false we never received those. They then said that they had actually sent my account to collections a week or two prior to sending out my "final notice." Absolutely ridiculous. The lady said I could disregard the Collections Notice since I had paid, but I don't trust anything they are telling me and waiting to hear back from the Collections agency to see if that is true. Billing side is a joke and we will avoid this place as much as we can in the future. We have worked hard for good credit and to have a business threaten that through their poor business practices is very frustrating.

I had a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound March 30th. Christen was my tech and was with me when Dr. Baxter told me he wanted to do a biopsy. She was so caring and comforting to me as I broke down. I appreciated her so much, she helped me get through it.

When I made the appointment for my mammogram, I told the lady that due to severe claustrophobia I was unable to keep my mouth and nose covered with a mask. She told me that would be "just fine. They can do the exam without my wearing a mask." When I drove all the way there this afternoon, I was turned away because they wouldn't do my scan without me wearing a mask.

I understand that during this pandemic we need to keep each other safe. I'm not upset that they didn't let me in without a mask. I'm upset that I was told when I scheduled the appointment I didn't have to wear a mask.

The local billing department does not return calls and the when you actually get a hold of them after multiple calls, the customer service you receive is exremely rude. Would not recommend anyone and will not use their facility if there is any options at town. Only positive experience is with nurses, they were very nice.

Dakota radiology is one of the most unprofessional businesses. Their billing department is so rude and never return calls! I had imaging done at MH and a it was a DR tech that read the results. I was never informed of this until I received a call from collections. Then that started my journwith calling DR. They informed me they even sent text messages which I have not received!

All I asked is if they could remove this from collections once I paid! They refuse to do so! The supervisor John Griffith is completely rude and unprofessional in the way he handles his calls! Do NOT use their services if you can help it! I will be sharing this with everyone. Very disappointed

I see that all the negative reviews are from the billing department, here is mine 1st time failed to send to insurance got a collections notice went in and billing said insurance wasn't filed and she filed it. Got copay in the mail went in and paid in full double checked and today I got anoter final notice sending to collections. Called at about 345 and got pushed to voicemail and no return call, called at 445 and was told call back on monday. Mabey if all bad reviews are comming from billing it might be time for a change?

Do not go to the place if you are a veteran or support our veterans. I had a procedure done at this facility over a year ago, paid through the VA hospital because they did not have the staff property trained for the procedure. However, Dakota Radiology does. The receptionist that took all of my information did not listen to me when I told her that the procedure was to be billed to the VA the first time so about 3 months later I received a bill form them for about $1000 stating that was my co pay from my insurance. However, since this was a VA prescribed treatment I should not have paid anything out of pocket.

So I called their billing department to get a resolution on the issue and the lady I talk to was annoyed that I told her that they billed the procedure incorrectly. Almost 8 months later I got another bill again. This time I called I told them what was going on and was told to have the VA call them so I did and was told that the situation was fully resolved.

Now 1 year and 1 month later I receive a collections notice from CCB stating that I owe them money. So if you're a Veteran or support our Troops DO NOT GO HERE! They will cheat you try to steal your money what ever way they can.

Been here a few times. Even when they're busy the staff always strive to make me comfortable and feel prepared for their services. Scheduling is super easy and convenient. Given the choice, this was my first pick for imaging services.

My complaint is about billing. They wait to send me a bill for a scan for TWO years, then tell me that oops, we don't know what happened, you can have a discount. I ask them if it had to be paid RIGHT NOW, as it was Christmas, and this was quite an unexpected bill. I was told, no, wait until the next bill comes in, you will be fine. I do just that, and am now told that it was sent to collections. NEVER AGAIN will I go to Dakota Radiology. I will drive across the state if I have to.
