I look forward to every appointment I have at Vitality! Dr. Sifford looks at his patients holistically, which makes such a difference in the way a chiropractor is able to help a person feel better. He is constantly continuing his education and has a wide array of medical knowledge. Dr. Sifford also treated me throughout my pregnancy, and has treated my newborn son.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Sifford's while he practiced in Indiana. Before going to him I had chronic neck and shoulder pain. Sometimes to the point of not being able to turn my head without muscle spasms. I had never gone to a chiropractor before to Dr. Sifford and didn't much believe in them. His treatments and caring personality changed my. life.

Within a few short weeks The pain was gone. I continued to go to him for years for maintenance. I recently started the true cellular detox program. And I am looking forward to another lifestyle change. Many thanks to Dr. Sifford and Heather for recommending and helping me to get started on this program. Dr. Kent Sifford will get you back on your feet! I was down for 5 months with multiple injured disc's L3, L4, L5, and S1. He specializes with these injuries with the proper equipment and most importantly, knowledge! I been to multiple chiropractors in the Rapid City area and he is the only one who knew how to treat my injuries. In 1 month I was able to walk around again!

DR Kent is amazing, when I walked in there, with lil to no hope and a last resort to try anything because I had done everything possible. already for my sciatica and buldging disk in my back. Dr. Mary has helped me with multiple back problems and energy balancing for the last 2+ years and I can't recommend her enough. Always provides personal attention and goes above and beyond being helpful and providing excellent recommendations (I just need to follow through better on my part of the recommendations. stretching).
