I would have given them a 0 if I could. Sorry I don't believe you should have to leave a message and wait 24 hours for a call back to make, change, or cancel an appointment. This office has a lot of people working there. No one can pick up the phone to talk with patients. I will be getting a new urologist.

The doctor isn't bad but the staff at the office is horrible. If you get an emergency surgery in the hospital and need to schedule another one forget it. You minds well make an appearance! Calling 10 times back to back and never getting an answer is pathetic.

Considering that I had an appointment with a Urologist for.you know. I felt comfortable at check in, during my appointment. The nursing staff with Dr. Spana was professional and efficient. He was fast and to the point, The visit was fine. I waited for my procedure to be scheduled and Meghan was equally nice and helpful. Patience during the end of this crazy surge helps. They are VERY busy. but they are VERY GOOD docs.

First time patient and I can see how people think the office is crowded. I realized they have less chairs out due to the covid protocol. I was greeted by a friendly and bubbly staff person. Yes they are busy however, I didn't feel mistreated or that enough attention wasn't shown to me. I have to say that I saw engaged smiling ( well, they sounded happy) through masks but nothing I experienced on my visit pointed to bad or mean or unprofessional.

As many businesses have struggled over the years with lack of staff, I gave them a pass this time, because of the staff shortage. Be as compassionate and nice to them as they were on this day to the patients. I recommended UAD.

One of the worse experiences in my life. I took my 84 year old father who is a veteran that's deaf and terminally ill for one visit and the person at the front desk, Megan, verbally demeaned and mocked him. Needless to say we left in horror. I made a second appointment stating that I do not want to take my father anytime that Megan was working. But of course she was working and started trouble with a vengeance towards me.

I spoke to her supervisor and her supervisor only defended her. Needless to say, we left and never returned to that hostile environment. I would like to tell everyone and anyone please do not go here or take your family members to this place. I wish I had read the reviews previously before I did. Shame on the employees, the business and the doctors.

I believe upper management of this company is responsible for not making their employees accountable for their behavior. I also made and saved several videos of the events that took place. I also hope to God that my father or myself will ever see or have to deal with Megan in any other environment again.

If your life depends on it don't ever see Dr Kurpad. He's not in the health business for taking care of patients, he all about money and lies alot. I have a story but too long to document. Don't see him

Our family has a lot of concerns about this doctor, treatment, level of care, postoperative planning and follow up availability as well as the overall responsiveness of this office. They did not adequately plan for care and postoperative support with our family and were nearly impossible to reach by phone for guidance. We eventually had to use ambulance to return to another hospital and have the entire family as well as the new try to get them to return calls. This was my family's experience I hope it won't be yours.

Terrible experiences! Doctor Spana is dismissive, arrogant, rushed and seems completely unaware of how his behavior comes off to others. No return calls from staff to schedule ordered tests. Very long wait times at check out. The most unprofessional office staff I've ever encountered. Also, charged me for a visit that THEY cancelled and I'm still receiving bills for it after 11 months!

Finally had to file a dispute with the Insurance Commission. Most importantly, after visiting a different physician in New Jersey, I learned I was misdiagnosed and received a surgery that was not necessary. I will never go back or recommend this office to anyone!

Dr Kim's staff is awful. They do not return your phone calls. I've have been a patient for a few years and I've had enough. They also shady with their scheduling. I went for an appt. on 6/18/21 and he put on an new medicine and they wanted to see me with 3-4 weeks. I've had numerous UTI's within 10 months. I called their office twice because the new medication was $226.00 with insurance to see if Dr. Kim would recommend another medication for me to take.

The office never once returned my phone call. I decided to call and cancel my appt. for the follow up appt. and they said they didn't have me on the schedule till Oct. IT was such BS. Don't go to see this practice.

I was very disappointed with this practice. It was overcrowded with patients, not enough chairs in the waiting area so you had to stand. I filled out a medical history and they never even reviewed it during my entire visit. Physician stood up against a sink in the exam room to speak with me, no even at eye level. He had no chart, no laptop to know my history.

He spent 5 minutes with me, no exam at all. Then sent me to the checkout. Waited 20 minutes to checkout and observed how rude the check out girls were to other patients. Checked out finally and then was told I had to go sign in on a clipboard around the corner and wait yet again to be scheduled for an in office procedure. Sat over 45 minutes and watched the scheduler move so slow.

She kept getting up and having to go down the hall to a printer for paperwork numerous times. In 45 minutes she was only on the second patient and were three more ahead of me. I gave up and left. Office and flow is very inefficient and untimely. AiDET skills were very poor. I would not recommend this practice at all. I managed several satellite medical offices, I was astonished at what I saw at this practice.
