Staff here is surprisingly rude and it is nearly impossible to get in contact with the office at all. Left many messages on the phone and their portal and never got replies and was unable to get the meds they prescribed as a result. Go elsewhere and save time

It was 2015 & I was only 21. I had an accident and it scared the mess outta me. I seen a doctor & he said he couldn't help despite my various symptoms. This accident contributed to my depression. 5 years later I went again in 2020 but I had forgotten that I had an initial visit. The doctor was so dismissive and said I was over reacting despite years of problems. Please don't go there! They are crooks and don't care about anyone's health!

My experience with Brandywine Urology was life saving. My primary care doctor told me that my PSA count was high and to get to urologist soon. Dr Mitchell found that my prostate was 99 percent cancerous. Dr. Mitchell did the biopsy to confirm his suspicions and recommended removing using robotic surgery. Come to find out, Dr. Mitchell is one of the top surgeons in his field and heads up the robotic surgical dept. at Wilmington hospital.

He performed my surgery and I am still alive, cancer free and all functions are good. So I would recommend Brandywine urology to anyone in need of a urologist. Thanks again Dr. Mitchell.

This is a post regarding my experience with this office. Unfortunately my standpoint is for a family member who was treated by a doctor who told her she needed a serious surgery that was very extensive. Due to covid her surgery was delayed multiple times (totally understandable). The unhappy part is days before she was finally scheduled she was told they are not capable of helping her.

This is a sad situation my mother has waited months for help and relief only to be told sorry we were wrong you need someone with more experience. The office told my mother we will call personally to get you in at a hospital and help any way we can. Guess what we are now a week out and not even a phone call from the doctor or staff to see how my mother is doing or helping her get an appt somewhere else. Make sure you check these docs out before seeing them or sending a family member.they drop the ball and don't bother to follow up with their pts.

It Is impossible to get anything accomplished with this office. You have to leave a message for the nurse to call you back, but if you miss their call you have to go through the same routine. It turns into a game of phone tag. I just tried to schedule an appointment and was told there were no openings until August 2020! The doctor was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, but dealing with the staff is a nightmare. It's been over a month and my issue is still not resolved.

The staff that handles the appointments are very rude. I wish i could say this was my first experience but it wasn't. Last week i called to cancel an appointmentToday i called after receiving a text reminder about my appointment. I informed the staff member that i cancelled this appointment last week. She immediately cut me off to tell me that i did not cancel. Calmly i stated that i did in fact cancel and she cut me off again to tell me she will cancel now. I never was able to get a full sentence in.very rude and discourteous behavior. If it wasnt for the medical staff the rating would be a 1.

Really not sure why there are so many bad reviews. After reading them all, I still went through with contacting them. From the first call to the last visit, everything was as smooth as it could be. Everyone I spoke to or came into contact was friendly and informative. I had a vasectomy and was def nervous, but after meeting with the DR, then speaking with the nurse on procedure day, I was totally calm.

For those guys who are worried about this procedure, like I was, its really no big deal. I would have the procedure done every Friday to get those guaranteed 2 days off for rest haha! Anyway, don't be put off from the reviews and give them a try.

I've never had such a terrible experience with a medical office. The billing department was incredibly rude and unapologetic to my wife and I. Those aren't good qualities to portray when you're dealing with patients. Please do yourself a favor and, as with any doctor office, consider the reviews and your choices before deciding to become a patient here.

I'm always weary of negative reviews, as everyone can have a one-off bad experience, but I've dealt with so many doctors and billing departments in my lifetime and this is the first one that has left me wanting to share my thoughts in a review.

With so many negative reviews on BUC I promised myself if I had a positive experience there today I'd write a positive review. I DID have a good experience. I was able to schedule quickly and painlessly. I got an email allowing me to enter information into a portal interface. That led to a very short wait time when I arrived today. The guy that checked my blood pressure and took my weight was a real hoot!

Funny as can be. Saw Melissa and she was professional, courteous and all things a nurse practitioner should be I would say. Thank God I left there with good results too. Thank you God.

The staff at this office is terrible! The girls that answer the phones for scheduling are very rude and not helpful what so ever. they should not be in costumer service esp. a young lady names Lisa! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life! If it weren't for the recommendation to see Dr. Cozzolino we would have never even scheduled an appointment.

Now months down the road i am 100% regretting my decision to drive so far to be treated this way! Don't try to talk to Nathan the office manager about his staff, his attitude is just as bad!
