Over all positive experience as far as sugery goes (Doctor was fine). But getting appointment with doctors for after surgery visits is impossible, first they will give apppointment after few months because of unavailability of any time slots for the patients they have already treated, they then cancel the appointments at 11th hour, somethings right on the day of appointment.
If you do get appointment, prepare to sit there for 1 to 2 hours to see the doctor with no guarantee of seeing the doctor. Absolutely no value of patient time, as if they have no life and nothing else to do. End of the day its all about mighty dollar no concern of patient time or health.

Takes 2 months to get an appointment. Then they call you 4 weeks before your appointment and tell you that the doctor wont be in and we can reschedule you for 3 months later?> I mean what kind of place is this? I'm in pain, I am getting sick every 3rd day or so, I have acid reflux to the point sometimes I think it is going to kill me and this is what they do? Pathetic, they dont care about the people.

It's takes months to get an appointment with at least 7 doctors on their website. This office is running so many follow up appointment scams for money that you can't get an appointment. I guess it never occurs to them that people are coming here for real problems ulcers, cancer screening, so yeah I can wait for months while I'm in pain and to find out if I have cancer. They don't care about their patients all they they care about is making money off of follow up appointments. Find someplace else.

Terrible experience. Doctors are nice but it takes forever to first get someone on the phone and second takes even forever to schedule an appointment. You have to constantly call the office to get an appointment. And the staff is not polite. Don't understand how customer service works there. Seems like they are only their for paychecks

My only complaint is the wait but it deserves a 3. I scheduled the latest appointment time which is 3:45 and had to leave work early to make it to to my appointment. I didn't see a doctor until 5:00. Waited in the waiting room for more than an hour before being seen. My appointment was a routine appointment where I technically didn't need to be seen (not having any issues) but the doctor must see you in order to refill your prescription.
A pointless appointment with a terrible wait time. This happens every time I come here. Other than that, staff is pleasant. Doctor Ali is very sweet and even calls after hours if you need him to.
