I've been a patient of Dr Diehl for over 15 years. Have always received timely excellent care, professional service by staff and Dr Diehl. I've always felt free to ask questions, discuss medications and any general questions I may have about supplements, therapy etc. I recommended Dr Diehl to a family member and coworker and both are fully satisfied.

My insurer assigned Dr Cramer to me when I switched to a new plan. I really didn't care as I rarely need to see a doctor. Not impressed now that I've had to use them. Refused to bill my PIP following an auto accident (despite having this policy nowhere in writing when I requested it). I sought out a new primary care doctor based on personal recommendations and Family Care Associates charged me $25 for access to my records.

I love my primary care, Dr. Diehl, she takes the time to listen and actually hears what I am saying. She addresses concerns that I may not want to address but I cannot believe how unbelievably lucky I am to find such a caring Physician. I have never waited more than 25 minutes and 5-10 minutes wait is the norm. The office staff is wonderful and friendly. p.s. I saw a Specialist and he asked who my primary care doctor was and when i told him Dr. Diehl, he said she's a good one.

Dr. Diehl was my primary care physician for several years. The office was slow, once they forgot about me for 90 minutes, but I still went because it was convenient. A few years ago, I became extremely ill. I couldn't eat because it was too painful. When I told Dr. Diehl that i was keeping a food diary, she said "I don't care what you're eating. What you're eating doesn't matter." She then told me I had acid reflux/GERD and gave me a prescription for Prilosec.
I disagreed with her diagnoses and sought a second opinion with a gastroenterologist. The day after I made my appointment with the specialist, I received a phone call from Delaware Family Care Associates harassing me for seeking a second opinion. They told me that Dr. Diehl already told me what was wrong, and they would NOT be releasing my medical records.
They have yet to release MY medical records to me. Which is illegal, by the way. Had I listened to Dr. Diehl and not asked for a second opinion from someone who actually knows what they're talking about, I would never have been diagnosed with celiac disease. I guess what I was eating DID matter. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I urge anyone considering going to see Dr. Diehl to run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.
