Dr Stanley Dunn is a fabulous doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. However, the staff answering the phones is not knowledgeable about their office or their jobs. I have been taking my daughter to this office for a year now and will be switching to another doctor's office because of the ladies in reception. I asked if they were open on Good Friday for me to bring my daughter in for a well visit and was told that the office would be open.
They said they would be open and that in order to visit I would need to call the day before after 3pm to schedule an appointment. They are no longer scheduling appointments in advance, in order to "reduce the rate of no shows, " as I was told. This is extremely inconvenient to any working parent who needs to take off work to take their child to the doctor.
For this reason I cannot continue taking my daughter here. I wish Dr Stanley Dunn would be able to move to a more functional clinic. He is trustworthy, good with young children, and very knowledgeable. It is unfortunate that the rest of his staff is either not knowledgeable or simply doesn't care about their patients or their jobs.
