Dr. Ivins has been the most incredible Dr I have seen. I have some multi level issues and he never makes you feel rushed, He listens carefully and makes the best decision for you. His secrets at the front desk has also been amazing. Really, he has a very well run; HAPPY, staff. I really think that speaks well for the Dr.s they work for.

Doctor Papa and receptionist are awesome but any time my husband or I have to deal with any other office staff for prescriptions or referrals the service is terrible. They say your messages weren't received or take forever to respond and are sometimes very short with us when we try to resolve the issue. The reason I give 4 stars is because I love my doctor and that's why I continue to stay.

Once in a great while, you may have to sit for awhile but if that patient needs a few extra minutes so be it, you might need that extra time in the future. Service is great especially Dr. Ivins. He is a walking medical encyclopedia.

I have been a patient of Dr Ivans since the early 1990's. He listens to his patients. He is kind and considerate. He treats all conditions from common cold to mental health issues. I trust him completely with my care and the care of my family. He is not judgmental but observant. His staff are top notch.

I find it very interesting that someone posted three one star reviews for this doctor based on the fact that a doctor thinks that everyone should get a COVID 19 shot. Fact is that this doctor does not even offer COVID 19 shots and all of those reviews are totally irrelevant. We are all allowed to have opinions. It is funny how the same people touting 'free speech' will try and actually hinder a business because of a doctor expressing their 'free speech', but because their free speech doesn't agree with yours it means it is wrong?

I reported all of those reviews as they were obviously done by the same person on three different accounts and they are completely irrelevant. If you want to know about my experience as a patient of Dr. Ivans office for three years, I have seen every doctor and every nurse and talked with every receptionist and I have never, not once had a bad experience, with anyone.

I am definitely not an easy patient and before finding Dr. Ivans practice I had went to over 7 different addiction treatment doctors in my life, and none of them had anywhere near the knowledge that Dr. Ivans and his staff have about addiction. It is hard to find a doctor that understands it, let alone passionate about curing people with addiction.

I feel like every other doctor I have went to just treated me like a number, another lost cause, and just went through the motions with me until they could find a reason to get rid of me. Because actually helping me find a regimen that worked for me was too hard. I would highly recommend this doctors office to anyone who is struggling with addiction, they treat you the same way they treat everyone else from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is very nice and welcoming and the office is very comfortable!

I overheard the doctor calling people who dont want the covid shots, "selfish". The package inserts that come with the vaxx's are "intentionally left blank". The doctor himself, doesnt even know what's inside of the shot, yet he calls anyone who doesnt agree with injecting an unknown substance, straight into their bloodstream as being "selfish ". Medical freedom of choice IS OVER FOLKS!

Most of these doctors are so brainwashed by the corrupt Rockefeller medical system, they've lost their ability to think critically. They dont even ask if "covid" has been isolated yet. Or why PCR and rapid tests are being used, when they clearly state they are NOT to be used for diagnostic purposes. Then top that off with the 2012 Smith mundt modernization act that allows the government and media to legally lie to the American public. They just want that HUGE big pharma bonus this year. They want that federal Covid payout also.

The definition of kind, compassionate care for a group of people (addicts especially) that have had a hard run through the public agencies. They truly are there to help you and improve not just your physical health but mental and life well being. Dr. Papas and Dr. Ivans are first class, along with their staff. Have been going there for over 5 years and never had a problem with their recommendations or compliance. Just follow the rules and you'll be fine :)

What a nice experience when you're going to the doctor. The doctors the staff the atmosphere is all and good. Even the receptionist are phenomenal and are willing and ready to help with any questions or any concern you may have. I would recommend this doctor's office to anyone who was looking for experience knowledgeable professional and polite people. They are wonderful but please make your own decision! If you choose them you will not be disappointed!

I HIGHLY recommend this practice especially Dr. Michelle Papa. She is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She not only takes time to listen but will also explain in detail anything I do not understand. She makes me feel like she is genuinely concerned about my health and well being. I will continue to recommend Dr. Ivins practice especially Dr. Michelle Papa.

Dr. Michelle Papa is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable, understanding, and I have never had any problems in the office. Staff is always kind, and very accommodating to change an appointment when I can't get a ride being legally blind. As long as I give enough notice. There is sometimes a wait, but sometimes that happens in a doctors office since people have different reasons to see their physician.
