This place does not put records in properly. They do not put in the proper dates. I had four children that I took in for eye exams on the exact same day, made sure last summer all four of my children had glasses for the following year of school and now I'm being told that they didn't see the eye doctor until late in August. There is absolutely no way that this took place late in August as they had already started school.
All four of my children had brand new glasses before they started school last year. Because they put their records in improperly in accurately and just blatantly wrong now my children will not have a new glasses for this year for school.

The doctors here are great do a wonderful job. But the billing department does NOT file with your insurance. I call and asked if they filed all my policies. She said they did but could only provide two proofs and I have three insurance policies. Tried to call again left message will not return my calls. They just keep sending out the same bill.

Was a little bit unorganized at check in with 3 gals and they could only help one of us at a time? Plus the Dr was behind schedule possibly because of check in inefficiencies. Dr and Assistant were very thorough and he explained and anserwed all of my concerns. Also, very welcoming. I chose to get my frames at Wally World because the prices were a bit higher and I required all the added lens featured so wanted to save as much as I could to cover those costs. Overall, nice place and clean! Thank you!

The staff is extremely helpful and polite, I was moving slowly because of needing a walker due to a leg issue. The staff was accommodating towards my needs and made me feel good about my visit. The checkup was very through as usual and I really appreciate that tremendously. I don't have much to say except Thank You!

I was very disappointed when dealing with the person who checked me in for my appointment. She was very rude and judgemental about my insurance status and because I did not understand all the ins and outs about it. I would give this a one-star rating if it wasn't for the wonderful care I received from the techs and doctor.

Thank you Dr. Clinch and entire staff. I truly appreciate the way I was treated during my two cataract surgeries this past week! Not only did I feel so at ease there, my vision is fantastic! I can watch TV without my glasses which hasn't happened in over 40 years. Each and everyone of you not only acted so professionally but in such a warm and caring manner!
