I went there for an eye exam because my insurance would pay for it there vs Lens Crafters where I usually go. BIG MISTAKE! This place is like an assembly line with constantly being rushed and the doctor saw me for all of 2 minutes. A tech or something did the vision part of the exam. I decided to get my glasses there, once again, because I would get a discount via my insurance. Well I went back twice and they never got my prescription right. It's back to Lens Crafters for me.

All the staff was extremely polite and professional to me. The Dr. figured out exactly what was wrong with my eye within a few minutes. Definitely recommend this place!

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take the time to thank Dr. Salisbury and the staff that works here. Dr. Salisbury did the work for my lasik eye surgery and I have been very happy with it ever since. I did it originally so I could apply for the Coast Guard because I didn't meet their vision requirements, but now I do and I am very grateful. I recommend him and Premier to everyone I know who is considering treatment options for their vision because of the consideration they have for their patients.

I had Lasik done January of 2020 by Dr. Drew Salisbury. I was super nervous but also very excited to be getting out of glasses and contacts after 16 years. Dr. Drew Salisbury talked me though each step of the procedure so I was aware of what was happening, which helped my nerves ease. He made me feel very comfortable and in a matter of 15 minutes the procedure was finished.

I sat up and immediately was able to read a clock across the room. After the procedure my eyes were sensitive to light, sleep is the best recovery which Dr. Salisbury told me. My vision was a little cloudy after the procedure as if I had swam in a chlorine pool and opened my eyes. The next morning I was able to drive to work as normal for post op and work a full 8 hour shift. I would have this procedure done a hundred times over and I would highly recommend Dr. Drew Salisbury to anyone who is considering Lasik.

The contact lens department at Premier Medical in Mobile, Al is terrible. They make the customer feel as if you are inconveniencing them by being there. Jessica White really doesn't like to be bothered to have to get up out of her chair to help the customer. The tone in which she speaks to the customer solidifies her position that you are just a bother in her day.

I have never had a problem with any other area of Premier Medical or any of the doctors. Someone is asleep at their job to allow this extremely poor customer service to be happening at a professional office.

I read a one-star review posted three years ago about a new patient waiting three hours to be seen. Perhaps that problem has been corrected. It certainly wasn't true for me at Springhill West in Mobile, AL., where I had my initial appointment at 1:50 pm on 3/5/2020. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork as a new patient of Dr. Alfred Neumann.

I had just finished completing my paperwork when I was called from the lobby waiting room on the first floor for my appointment. I also had a five-star experience with Dr. Neumann and his entire staff. They too were prompt in each segment of my visit. I highly recommend PMG at Springhill West AND Dr Alfred Neumann and his medical and office staff.

Their is good energy in their offices, professional and warm. Potential patients from Atmore, AL might like to know it was exactly one hour from my home on Laurel Street to Premier Medical Group's Springhill West location. We referred to this office by our pediatrician for our daughter. We had nothing but a pleasant experience from walking in the door with the front desk staff to the doctor's and nurses. We initially were seen by Dr. Pitcock, and then transferred to Dr. Elliot. There was a good bit of waiting, and the only issues that arose was nothing they could control but that of the attitude of a 1 1/2 year old. Nurses were great, and they each took their time talking to us. Same goes for both doctors.

Overall a great experience on first appt to evaluate for cataract surgery. Dr. Charles Mostellar was very personable, patient, thorough, and inspired confidence. His nurse Nicole, staff member Devon, and others were excellent. Coffee while you wait to warm you, bc it's pretty frosty in there. The front reception was a bit chaotic. Also, a counter that is not ADA compliant, but they were nice and professional, not asking you to holler your SSN so others can hear, but letting you write it down and then giving you back the piece of paper.

Nice facility except a tight, neglected restroom. Parking inadequate, but they were great about creative solutions. Morale here seems high and support staff training seems priority, and that goes a long way. I have no qualms letting Dr. M operate on my family member.

Dr. James Harrison is a genius of eye surgery/vision correction. His staff is always courteous and gets your appointment moving steadily through. I also appreciate staff makes clear how much of the bill I will owe ahead of due time.

Excellent service from check in to the wait time. Dr.,W alton and his nurse were very efficient and caring. I was diagnosed quickly and was home (from Orange Beach, Al) in less than 2 hours. I will recommend Premier Medical without hesitation. Thx for your service - first class! -
