Little River Medical Center

Little river medical on 10th ave north have been nothing more than AMAZING for me! Very clean facility. I've had them as my primary care provider for almost 10 yrs and don't plan on changing any time soon. All the employees are nice, caring, and want to help you in anyway possible. Amy is so cool very patient too. And TINA the best doctor ever! She understands struggle and is easy to talk to, plus willing to listen and get you on the path to a great healthy future!

If your privacy is something you value this ain't where you wanna be I was with them for 4 years or more my wife's ex-husbands sister started working there dug into my file found out some stuff only the doctor and I knew and when we found out how the information was obtained we contacted their head person and might as well have just ran face first into a wall they do not value your privacy and when they investigated and found out she did snoop into my file she got a slap on the wrist (she is still working there her name isJessie she looks like a water Buffalo) anywho long story short they recommended that I go elsewhere in different words of course and It took me 2 weeks to get into a new doctor to get my diabetes medicine and I went through some hell I was stunned in disbelief because I'm so easy going and quiet I don't bother anyone I only come in when scheduled I had a hiccup spoke to them about it then got exploited good luck and lrmc if I had the funds to pursue this I would sue your azzzzz but reading these other reviews explains alot I wish I would've read these reviews 1st smfh

Very upsetting my wife had an appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks ahead of time she went Monday July 6th and they told her there is no appointmentbut yet Little River medical called us to confirm the appointment and left a voicemail saying that it was on July 6th at the time that we said and they told us that there was no doctors there and there is no appointment so we drove all the way out there made room in our schedule and scheduled for this appointment for 3 weeks for these people to literally just disappear and say no that doesn't exist when I have proof that they called us and confirmed it how did something not exist when you guys are the ones who calledto confirm so let's hope they can get her in the doctors before the end of the week we're going to have a real problem!

Okay so update two that I finally got to leave a voicemail because the entire week from Monday July 6th to Friday July 10ththey have never even answered the phone for scheduling or anything I have a confirmed voicemail on my phone for an appointment Monday July 6th at 3:20 p.m. I was there July 6th at 3 p.m. and you never let my wife come in to see her doctor she is now getting sick off the medications because I left a voicemail and nobody has gotten back to me. This place is horrible pathetic and needs to be investigated!

The absolute worst medical care I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else!

Absolutely horrible. I have been here for years and seems they just get worse and worse. I do my two a year check ups for annual refills and every year I have to fight to keep them refilled. They keep trying to schedule weeks out to refill again and stating my last appointment wasn't for that. Then why is it clearly stated a 6 month check up? Can't wait to find another place.

Rip off low class & white trash DNC Gov $$ making&taking agency! They act so exclusive, like they're not taking new customers and yet midway through the conversation they switch their tune to say well if it's an emergency so what they do? They give an appointment make you PAY FIRST, and then tell you they can't do anything because Some lame excuse, usually tied to COVID-19. Go away Get out of our community if you're going to treat us like that

I wish I could give them no stars. At first they were great. My entire family went here and were happy. AT FIRST. We have been waiting months for call backs from the providers because they never call back. Good luck with the dental dept too! Sent my son in for a cleaning and ended up with a major infection later. Trying to call to make an appointment and have been on hold for so long, they hung up on me TWICE! You will get quicker and better services going to the hospital.

Well. I like the service on mr. Joe white Ave. Kind courteous and the receptionist even walked me down to where she thought I needed to be when I was wondering around lost lol. There are ppl who are genuine about their jobs and some who just wants to get paid at the end of the day. We all do we can feel the difference tho. I love the small office, empty most of the time I go, not a long wait and smiles that's all that matters to me! I'm glad they're in my neighborhood to aid myself and my moms. Good work guys! #positivevibesonly don't settle for less.

Was their to get a tooth fixed realized it wasn't fixed went back and they said it was just my gums that were messed up from the filling yet I still have a hole in the tooth that bleeds daily

Had an apt here 4 weeks ago for tests. 4 weeks later and 2 unanswered calls, they have yet to get back in touch with me with my results. Absolutely horrendous. Would give it 0 stars if I could - very unprofessional.

Do not go here! I showed up early for a scheduled appointment and was told "Sorry. Doctor Kass is not here." Chantal said they tried to call me yesterday but my voicemail wasn't set up. I had no missed calls and my voicemail has been set up for years. I left and went to Beach Family and Urgent Care. They already seem much more caring, competent and professional!

The office is standard as is the care. No one is overly friendly. My children hate going there. (They love their dentist and orthodontist). The receptionists are very nice but they don't return calls.

Uneducated. they left me with a raging staph infection which I had to immediately be treated within 3 days at another doctor's office. I was sent here to this office from Doctors Care to finish treatment. I was already diagnosed but the NP Googled in front of me and could not even come up with a solution. I was charged $240 for them to tell me that I should let my rash and staph infection fester and come back the following week to be treated for it. They are clueless here and scam artists. If you value your health and your wallet I would go seek care anywhere but here. office was poorly lit and dirty

If I could leave something worse than 1 star I would. I get sent to voicemail Everytime I call, not put on hold but sent to voicemail. They never have returned any call of mine and I've been fighting with them for a month now just to get my results back and I still have no idea when I will. Avoid at all cost

I have never wrote a review but after this experience, you need to know what to expected. The location is terrible. It is within an apartment community and sketchy people hang out in the parking lot. Once I entered the office, the place looks nasty and smells of body odor. Making an appointment is a joke. I have been waiting 30 minutes after my appointed time and still they haven't called me back for simple blood work. It's more like a methadone rehab facility rather than a ligit doctor's office. Dive anywhere but here.

No stars for this practice, but you must choose one to post. So disappointed with their Dental office. In making an appointment back in April, because this was to be my first visit, earliest I could get was November. I had explained that my COBRA dental was terminating 9/31. As I'm retired, my schedule is very flexible, so they said to make the appointment and they would call me when they get a cancellation. Called today to check and was advised that November was still the best they could do. Asked why I never got a call, they actually said they hadn't had any cancellations since we first talked. Really? No cancellations since April. When I asked if there was anything they could do to get me in before 9/31, they said, "No, sorry"! Wow, minimal effort, minimal results.

I've never in my life been treated so nice from the front desk, to Lab 4 blood work, ,a nd especially Dr. Tina Doud-Kearns (God Bless You All) Thomas

Really, really cold inside waiting area. No privacy when talking to the nurse at check in.

Can't complain.doctors and staff are great.convenient.can check in on-line and they will call you back.

Phenomenally understanding and caring employees and nurses. The Dr. is as well. One of the best experiences I've had.

They give friendly, courteous, and compassionate care. Also, they do a great thing for people that are less fortunate.

I had an exceptional experience in this office on several occasions. I feel they genuinely care for their patients well being.

Unprofessional receptionists. I went there a week ago to get my ribs checked out as a walk in. I asked if they could take me that day as a new patient and they said yes. I sat there for at least thirty minutes. They asked if I preferred a female doctor and I said yes, they sent me over to the family physician next door. I told them I was pregnant and I was experiencing difficulty breathing due to extreme rib discomfort.

They in turn sent me back next door, and the receptionist wouldn't let me see a doctor. She told me to call and make an appointment. I went home made an appointment for today. I made sure to tell them I am pregnant. The person that scheduled the appointment said that wasn't an issue. I went in today, once again to be sent to the family physician. I sat in the waiting room very patiently.

They called me over for my insurance and my i.d. Then they told me they couldn't see me because they can't treat me because they aren't an OB-GYN.Two wasted trips all for them to just tell me they couldn't see me both times. I would suggest going to any other office than this.
