I highly recommend Dr. Putnam. She is not the type of Dr that rushes you in and out. She listens and is genuinely concerned. I am here for a wrist issue, and she has made every effort to not have to do surgery. I totally respect that. I highly recommend her. As a matter of fact I did refer a fellow tennis player to her and he feels the same way. The front office staff has been extremely professional and courteous. It is truly a pleasurable experience for a place that I do not want to be. I have to be here and they have made it easy and welcoming. Thank you Dr. Putnam.

One of the best medical experiences I have had. I had such a great experience. The medical staff is so excellent and really made me feel heard. All my questions were answered patiently and with kindness. I got excellent attention. The ease of making appointments was the best I have ever seen. The referral process was also so easy. Overall just such a great experience.

Dr. McCarthy and his staff are excellent. They pay attention to the details and take the necessary time to explain everything. What is the best part is that you, as the patient, have a say in your treatment options. I highly recommend Mr. McCarthy.

The best decision I ever made. The hand center Glastonbury CT. Is great. 4 weeks After carpal tunnel surgery I am feeling great. Recovering quick! Dr. Dillon and Dr. Mastella were great. Physical therapy with Sarah was great she's very Nice!

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. This was important because due to an accident it appeared I had glass in my wrist. Everyone from the PA, surgeon, and x-ray technicians were easy to communicate with, and highly skilled. It also appeared to me that they worked well as a group. I was satisfied with the end result.

All of my experiences at the Hand Center have been nothing short of excellent. I have been seen by Chris Dillon several times and he is absolutely wonderful! He is quiet-natured, very pleasant and caring, and always takes time to listen and answer all of my questions. Appointments are never rushed, and I always feel so well taken care of! Everyone is always so nice every time I go there, and I been there a lot. Dr. Putnam is never rushed and very thorough. She always answers any questions and concerns I have. Would highly recommend.
