After calling different medical offices, the receptionist at this location is dramatically more agitated and unwelcoming. I've been seen at this office before and the actual professionals are great to seek help from. However, the open attitude from the receptionist is not what a patient wants to deal with right off the bat.

I've never heard of an office not accepting New Patients because their not already sick. This seems like a bogus excuse to avoid accepting new patients! My son needed a school physical and a school immunization form completed. I was basically told that McKenzie Family Practice doesn't do that. Strange. what do you do with all of your other school-age patients?

I've been going to McKenzie family practice for 7 years now and in every instance I have been greeted with friendly customer service at the counters and my doctor (Dr. Sharrer) has been more than willing to answer any questions I have. I never had a problem with my billing or getting appointments and I recommend their services to anybody looking for medical services.

This place does NOT show any loyalty or even a sense of compassion to it's patients/customers. I have been going to a particular doctor for at least 25 years (who joined with this facility and is now retired, recently hired a new NP in her pace.) I had no idea my insurance failed to pay for something, duing that time my dad's health begn to fail and he subsequently died.
Within 2 months of insurance denial the office/accounting terminated me as a patient. I didn't even know I owed anything! No regard or understanding for extenuating life curcumstances. Never. Problem with payments/insurance for 25 years! Hard nosed people do not belong in the care industry. Bad place.

I was so excited to meet Dr Lebow when I read about him after going off one of his patient's recommendation. He is the president of Veterans Legacy Oregon, so this was appealing since we are a retired Army family. Guess what? He or not one of the Drs in his practice take our Military insurance, Tricare Select. I am so so so disappointed. How can you say you support veterans and not take their insurance?

I've been going to this doctors office for about four months now, and I've never had such an awful experience at a doctors office. Mee Wai is very inexperienced, and in my opinion she shouldn't be prescribing medication. Especially for mental health. I have to go in every month to get my refill prescription, so a $50 copay every month plus I have to pay for the medication of course.
Well I went in Wednesday April 17th, and she failed to write me my prescription. I've made three calls, and left 2 voice mails. I didn't end up leaving a third because it's clearly pointless. It's now Friday the 26th and I still have not heard from her. So now I've gone over a week without medication. Very unprofessional, the nurses and receptionists are the nicest either. Would NOT recommend this place unless you enjoy being treated badly.

The first time I came to see Doctor Neary she told me I had rosacea and prescribed a cream that burnt my face and left me with a bigger rash. The second time I came into this office the receptionist refused to check me in because I didn't bring my driver's license. This office is racist and don't care about patients.
