Told them I am going to Europe for more than one month, next day I arrived in Europe I've got a bill that the only option to pay is either send them a letter with my CC information - from where I am is almost imposible. Or I have to get there in person. They lost a client. Also the cost of what they have done is outrageous. Avoid

This is for the receptionist since I decided to see another doctor due to how rude they were, I called to make an appointment they put me on hold for an hour, when I asked my husband to call while waiting they Answered and apparently they forgot about me, I didn't receive an apology instead, the receptionist was being so rude, I still made an appointment to go see the doctor, I said to my self Covid is really getting into people so I am being super understanding and forgiving during this sad times, however the day of my appointment the school called me to let me know that my kid was exposed to Covid and that I need to wait for a call from health department for instructions, since her friend tested positive, I called the office right away and talked to the receptionist, I explained the whole situation, I didn't know what I should do, I explained that I didn't want put anyone in harms way and that my daughter was home, and that I prefer to wait for the health department call before I can go anywhere, she told me that I still had to come for my appointment or she will charge me $25, which they did charge me, I haven't sign any contract or paper work yet so I won't be paying that money anyway.

I've been going here since I was 10 and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I almost always see Dr. Gallivan and she is INCREDIBLE! I had a nasty bacteria infection in my ear that almost spread to my brain and she had to operate. She helped me stay calm and explained everything to me. She is the best! I would 100% recommend this place.

Truly incredible. Dr. Costello was so friendly and took the time to fully explain and educate me on the results of a CT Scan. Explained to me all of the various treatment options available to me after listening to my symptoms in a manner I could understand. The office is immaculate, super clean, all of the assistants were very friendly and put me at ease. Would highly recommend!

1021 Main St. Winchester MA December 2017 Dr. Costello is a true dedicated professional with all the skills, education and appropriate patient care. The atmosphere of the office is warm & inviting you can tell the staff enjoys being there, they genuinely smile. So easy for new patients to make appointments, without being rejected first because you don't have your insurance information.
Staff is responsible and communicates well, making your experience a great one. I had the opportunity to speak with "Madeline" to schedule, she was very accommodating, just as nice and friendly in person. This has to be the WORST practice I've ever been to. First off, I was waiting at the front desk just standing there for a good 8 minutes while being ignored just so they can finish gossiping about their own coworker. Then, I get called in by a medical assistant ( kayla or mikayla. something like that) who had the shittiest attitude I have ever experienced in a professional setting.
I get escorted into an exam room to wait for the doctor (& it was a LONG wait) and while I'm there, I hear the same medical assistant out in the hallways talking to her peers about MY personal medical information! HELLO! HIPAA! I will never return and I will tell all of my peers the same

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for the past few years. He is wonderful and gave me my life back after over 30 years of suffering with polyps.! There is a new addition to his staff, a P.A. She is very knowledgeable and a wonderful addition to his staff. Not sure of her name, but I believe it's Elizabeth.

I am writing regarding my recent experience seeing Dr. Costello at ENT Consultants. I went to see Dr. Costello based on the great feedback I saw here on Yelp, but it didn't work out very well for me. After seeing Dr. Costello regarding chronic headaches, nose bleeds and general sinus problems, he sent me for a CAT Scan. After which we spent THREE WEEKS playing phone tag to discuss the results.
I finally called his office and asked if they could block a time - 5 or 10 min- so we would have a better chance to connect. Their answer: Sorry, we can't do that. Another week goes by and no call from their office. When I call back frustrated, they put me on the phone with another Doctor who knew nothing about my file and was blindly reading my CAT scan.
I will now have to find another doctor and have my records forwarded, as I find this really unprofessional. So in the end, I still have all the problems I orginally had plus a doctor's bill and a CAT Scan bill with no results. Hence, 2 stars and a warning to all of you looking for a good ENT.
