It took me a good year and a half to finalize my decision to have a hair transplant. After meeting with several doctors and doing months of research, I decided my best fit was with Dr. Petropoulos and her team to have the SmartGraft FUE procedure. I found that both her and her team showed the most compassion and concern for what was involved and provided me with the comfortable feeling that I needed.
To be completely honest, I was nervous the day of the surgery but once I stepped into the office with all of them, I felt totally at ease. For the most part, the procedure was pretty much painless (except for the needles at the beginning) which made the hours it took much easier. Overall, the surgery went better than I had anticipated, and I look forward to meeting with Dr. Petropoulos and her team over the upcoming year to track my progress and end result.

The dr was a magician her expertise is top of the line. The Botox and fillers were virtually painless. Previously I had gone to Mgh for this type of work and at center for classic beauty the procedure experience and the result were much better. I had less bruising and I was less swollen. Highly recommend.

I went into my first botox consultation not knowing much about it, but Nurse Samantha was great and explained everything. She was very friendly and helpful with figuring out what I wanted to do. I was nervous it might hurt, but she was so gentle! It's been exactly a week since my appointment and I love the results.

Dr. Petropolis and her staff are by far the nicest, most professional office I have experienced. I have gone to 3 plastic surgeons over the years; always disappointed with the results. After my consultation, different procedures were recommended. Dr. Petropolis was very thorough explaining the cost and provided alternatives to lower the price. After my Morpheus treatments and fillers, I'm extremely happy with the results; the other surgeons I went to were terrible! I give them 5 STARS.Thank you so much

Dr. Petropoulos is absolutely amazing! I had consultations with other doctors for my rhinoplasty procedure and no one was as gentle and detail oriented as her! I had a feeling I was in great hands after first meeting her and I was absolutely right. The results of my procedure was everything I wanted and more! 10/10 would recommend Dr. Petropoulos to make you feel your best, I can't thank her enough!

I booked a consultation for a service. When I got there they told me they don't preform that procedure, but that they do another procedure that is better, but that I was not a good candidate for that procedure. Then the doctor offered me a face consultation to use the remainder of my time/appointment. I felt like I was completely mislead and that they just wanted me to utilize them for the face treatments they offer and my $150 consultation fee, which was worthless and a waste of $150.
I left there so angry and disappointed. I wish they had told me upfront that they didn't provide the procedure I wanted and then I wouldn't have wasted my time or money.

I waited five weeks to get an appointment and then the day of I received a phone call asking me to come in later in the day with no explanation. I said sure and showed up ten minutes before my scheduled appointment. There was no one around, no one behind the reception desk. After about 10 minutes I could hear someone giggling but no one came out to great me.
I waited 25 minutes and still no one, now it is 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment and still no one. I wrote a quick note letting them know how disappointed I was and left. Not a text or phone call offering an apology from them. I guess they don't need any new business. I will not go back. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I recently had an in-depth consultation with Dr. Petropoulos about the impact of aging on my face. As a 67 year old male, I have developed a bit of a double chin, jowls and of course, the normal lines and wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes. Dr. Petropoulos was very thorough in her hands-on examination of my face and outlined clearly both the challenges and treatments that are available to deal with each of my issues.
She also identified the problem of my saggy upper eyelids and set up an appointment for me to be evaluated on their impact on my vision, ultimately resulting in approval from Medicare to have the surgery covered (planned for next month). Initially, I had a round of Botox to reduce the lines in my forehead, frown lines and crows feet around my eyes.
My wife was surprised at how much this treatment almost immediately made me look younger. I would highly recommend Dr. Petropoulos and her team for anyone considering addressing skin rejuvenation or other facial issues.

Not bad at what they do; however, their office practices are horrible. I had a problem with my eye and needed to speak to a nurse or doctor. I waited one day before my phone call was returned and four days to speak to the nurse (after calling several more times). I was told "Dr. Petropoulos is out of the country and the nurse is on vacation". I asked for the on-call doctor or nurse and the office manager told me there wasn't anyone that could help me.
A doctor's office that performs medical procedures and doesn't have any back-up coverage is unprofessional. I was very worried and stressed and no one seemed to care. I ended up calling my doctor, who returned my phone call within 3 hours and explained to me what was going on. I will never go back, as they don't seem to care about their patients' needs.
