Fefferman David

I really like Dr. Fefferman. Ive been going to him for years. The only complaint i have is when you call the office to ask him something because you have concerns they don't get back to you. I called the office for two days he never called me back.

Dr. Fefferman personally called me back to discuss my medical issue. He took the appropriate time to address my concerns and questions. He had also performed my colonoscopy with no issues. He's a great doctor.

I used to think Dr. Fefferman was a great doctor but after being his patient for over 6 years I can't say that anymore. His staff is possibly the rudest people I have ever spoke to. I called in several times with concerns with no call back. I was incredibly sick and when I finally got a call back because I nervously laughed on the phone it was written by Dr. Fefferman that I seemed fine.

They then said my boyfriend was threatening them, he sent a message because he was so frustrated that nobody would get back to me when I was vomiting several times a day. I got a new stomach doctor and they completed every single test possible. I was misdiagnosed with acid reflux by Dr. Fefferman and I am now on correct medication for what they found and I am finally having 0 stomach issues after many years of suffering. I am so glad that after being treated so horribly that I found someone who cares and wasn't going to stop until they found out what was going on.

Edit- Dr Fefferman called and then his assistant called to quickly arrange an appointment that matched my schedule. Thank you! {First review: 4 min wait on hold just to be told to leave a message. I hope they call me back. I know they are a small office.} My advice to patients calling in. hit the button to leave a message immediately. Don't wait for staff to answer.they will call you back.

Yesterday I had my 10 year colonoscopy with Dr. David S. Fefferman. It was as positive an experience as one would hope for. Dr. Fefferman was friendly and showed a compassionate warm personality during our brief meeting prior to the procedure. I was relaxed and confident with him as my Doctor. I highly recommend him as a professional physician who cares greatly about his patients.
