Roswell Pediatric Center

We love Roswell Pediatrics! My son (20 months old) has seen several of the doctors but we routinely see Dr. Brian Burnham. My son is a huge fan of Dr. Brian! He is so great with my little guy. We're welcoming a baby girl this fall and I trust these doctors to care for my children. Excellent practice!

All the staff is very friendly. Ms. Tara, both Dr. Burnhams, & Dr. Klopman have been amazing to work with! They take their time with your child! Most important.they listen! We have used them for several years now & couldn't be happier. Their locations, hours, & booking appointments online make everything easy!

Dr. Eaton and the whole Roswell Pediatrics staff are always so loving and welcoming. My child loves going to the doctor and Dr. Eaton takes the time to listen to my concerns and my child's. She is wonderful!

Dr. Robert Burnham is the best. I am very happy to meet Doctor first time and totally satisfied with the practice. The way doctor communicates to kids and parents he explains well with your questions or concerns. Thanks Roswell pediatrics

My husband and I chose Roswell Pediatrics to bring our newborn baby, born on May 3rd. We couldn't have made a better decision. We have had two appointments with two different doctors, Dr. Guthrie & Dr. Howard Silverman, both of whom were absolutely amazing. As a new mom, I was scared and emotional and had so many questions. They each made me feel supported while helping me navigate all of my questions.

I left there feeling like a more confident mom because of their guidance and support. I am so grateful to have a pediatrician office that we trust entirely and where I know that my baby will get the best care.

Roswell Pediatrics is absolutely excellent! I only trust my son with Doctor Klopman, she is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and all around great doctor/human being. May God bless and keep her and her family!

Excellent Doctors. My daughter went for allergic treatment twice. She was treated properly. Clean process. Not too much waiting time. People are polite. Keep up the good work.!

Roswell pediatrics is a wonderful place that I highly recommend. Dr Burnham has been my children's doctor for the last 16 years. He, of course, is my favorite doctor at the practice. I can not say enough about his amazing bedside manner, unbelievable knowledge and complete genuine nature. From the very beginning when I was so scared and nervous having my first born be a preemie.to adoption of two more. to puberty and beyond.he has walked me through any issues with my children's health and my fears as a mom flawlessly. I think anybody that knows him would agree that he is the most incredible, professional, amazing and kind man. I was and have been so blessed to have Roswell Pediatrics.

I am very happy I found this pediatric facility for my boys. Both Dr. Burnham's are very nice and patient. I also love NP Kelly! They do not make you wait very long at all either, which is always nice.

We love Roswell Pediatrics. Both my boys now almost 3 and 9 have been going since birth. Dr. Robert Burnham is our main Dr. and always listens and knows each child is unique and different. We always get in same day for sick visits yesterday was with NP Kelly and she was great too!

Dr. Josephson said my son was developing an ear infection, so he prescribed him Amoxicillin. I told him last time he was on a different antibiotic & shouldn't we stick with one we know works for him? He shrugged it off and stuck with the Amoxicillin. Here he is with a fever and full body rash 6 days later, it's not working and it seems he's allergic. Right in time for Thanksgiving tomorrow! Family in town from NJ, Christmas pictures cancelled and everything! Happy Holidays!

I did not have a pediatrician nailed down when my son was born and was referred to Roswell Pediatrics by 3 different nurses. All had glowing reviews about different doctors and advanced practitioners in the practice. So, I called and made our first apt and am so glad that I did. We have seen multiple providers now and all have been absolutely WONDERFUL! Personable, professional, fast. all the things you would want in a pediatrician. I am so thankful for the referrals!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Brian Burnham, or Kelly the NP! As a first time mom I have SO many question/concerns and they never make me feel rushed or dumb about all the questions I have! Dr. Burnham is always so positive and reassures my husband and I that we are doing a good job with our baby!

A great pediatric group that we have been seeing for our son and daughter for over 5 plus years. Right from scheduled visits to last minute emergencies, they are very hospitable. Dr. Silverman and Dr. Josephson will take the time to answer any and all questions you have. The mid-levels and support staff are equally good and never have we had a below average experience in the last 5 plus years. I highly recommend this practice for your kids.

The office staff is so helpful. Call back times are rapid and it is so easy to get an appointment with any one of the awesome doctors and nurse practitioners!

I've gone to the Alpharetta and Cumming locations. The staff are friendly and attentive at both locations. Drs. Eaton and Blackington are awesome! Observing the other practitioners interaction with others, I have a feeling I would be in good hands with any of them. I'm a first time Mom, and even though sometimes I feel like I'm always calling or visiting, I've never been treated as a nuisance. I would recommend this practice without reservations!

My son is no longer at this practice. They are very slow to respond to letter requests and actually lost my original letter. When I received a copy of the medical records, the physician, Dr. Eaton, wrote that I refused vaccination and it was not given, when actually my son did receive his DTap. His arm was red and swollen for a week with a rash and he was told never to get that vaccine again by another physician.

This was not documented anywhere in his chart. I called several times and requested to speak to the office manager to fix my son's inaccurate records and never received a call back. This practice is a big practice and impersonal. As my husband and I are both physicians near the office we were very surprised by the lack of response

We've been with Roswell Pediatrics for 10 years and they take great care of our kids. Kelly is our absolute fav- being an Pediatric NP and a mom she understand mom-medicine as well as medical-medicine. I absolutely recommend them!

I think not. Huge practice. No coordination of care. Hasty billing, hasty evals. No bedside manner. We switched to another practice and never looked back.

They insisted on taking an anal temp on our newborn, despite him not showing any signs of fever. When I politely asked if they could perhaps take the temp in a less invasive fashion (forehead, armpit, mouth), and then if it looked bad they could do the anal temp, we were met with hostility. The nurse took a hasty forehead temp which read some ridiculous number (105 or somesuch).

The doctor then came in and I asked what would happen if we refused the anal temp; she replied we would be "ordered" to go directly to the children's hospital for further evaluation. When I asked what would happen if we did not comply with this "order" she said she would call Child Protective Services. They got their anal probe, his temp was fine, and we immediately left the office. Idiots.

Love this practice. All the doctors and nurses are super sweet. It's rare that you have to wait a long time if you make an appointment. Love how timely they are but yet answer all your questions without rushing you out the door.

My son is 3 years old and has been going to this practice since birth. I have seen several of the docs at the Cumming and Old Milton location. I like the fact that they can see my child's medical record regardless of location or doctor (electronic). They encourage vaccines, but let parents such as myself go on a delayed schedule which is nice.

I have had to wait in the past up to 45 minutes, but it's pediatrics-sick babies all the time-they have never turned me away for an appointment, which may lead to increased wait time, but as a parent I don't want to wait overnight to see a doctor or end up in Atlanta at Children's Healthcare in the ER in the middle of the night-I welcome a wait since they always get my child in on the same day.

They are a very busy practice-one of the biggest I think, but I think that says something-they must be doing something right. Very bright colorful office and staff always pleasant. Have no plans on changing pediatricians. PS-Dr. Burnham is my favorite, but seems to be many others favorite too-should book well-visits in advance to ensure appointment with him!

This is a big mainstream pediatric practice. I have no major complaints really. They say they are breastfeeding friendly but they always seem surprised that I am breastfeeding my daughter (she is only one; not like I am nursing a 5 year old). I go there because of the location and they have Saturday hours at the Alpharetta office. I have seen Dr Silverman and Josephson.

Both are nice. Today we saw a NP named Gaynor and she was nice as well. If you were struggling to breastfeed and you were going to this practice, i think you would quit (which is sad). But all in all, we like them and they serve their purpose (primary care for a healthy 1 year old).

I love this pediatric practice. Robert Burnham is my favorite doctor there. He has a terrific bedside manner. He listens well and answers all my questions. He is super with kids too.

The wait is never long, and appointments aren't too hard to get. Dr. Eaton is the best! She answers all our questions and makes us feel at ease. We had a preemie, and she's been so helpful. Because our son is so small, we have him on a delayed vaccine schedule, and they are very supportive. I highly recommend this office. Some of our friends see other doctors there and love them too.
