Services
We have a Registered Nurse that handles all phone messages, prescription refills and school forms. To free up the phone lines and expedite response times, we have implemented a patient portal. We'd like to encourage you to set up your child's portal if you haven't already done so. Please contact the office to get a temporary login and instructions.

My kid will not return to this practice. During 6 month visit my wife was told by Dr. Cabrera that his nurse made a mistake and had given our child a flu shot even though it was declined earlier in the visit. I don't understand how a medical professional can mistakenly inject a substance into a child's body without authorization of a parent. This whole situation is gross and judging by a previous review this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Find a better practice to take your child.

Dr. Wilson is the absolute best! She always takes the time to really talk to my son and is able to get him to understand the importance of eating better. She cares to her core and it shows in the way she deals with her patients! We love Dr. Wilson! There a reason Northpoint Pediatrics is an award winning office!

We love everyone at North Point Peds. My son actually looks forward to going to the doctor now that he is older. It's because the staff and doctors at North Point Pediatrics always make him feel so welcomed. We have used them for 16 years.

We are new to Georgia from Texas my son woke up not feeling well and needed to see the doctor. I went into a local group on Facebook for recommendations. And based on that I decided to bring my son into this office. But when I called the receptionist told me I needed to get his medical records from previous clinic for the doctor to see them and then from there decide if he/she could accept my son as a patient.

I'm sure there are many reasons for that but it seems a little unprofessional as I'm telling the lady my son is sick and I'm not sure how long the paperwork will take since his previous doctor is in Texas. Her Answere was well I'm sorry we must have his records in order to schedule him for a visit. Never heard how a clinic ask for medical records directly to the patient.

In my experience or at least all professional clinics have a record release form that you sign and they send the request to the previous clinic. Thank God I called ROSWELL PEDIATRIC CENTER the call experience and scheduling was professional, friendly and fast. I Will not recommend North Point Pediatrics at all. Parents are already going through stress taking days off work and making sure kids are as confortable as they can when feeling sick to still do the clinics job to request medical records.

Dr. Wilson gets it! My children love seeing her. From her excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what the next steps look like. She treats my children like they are her own. The entire staff is also very friendly, professional and caring.

My children have been going to North Point Pediatrics since they were born. They both see Dr. Campbell who is great. Easy to make same day appointments if your child is sick (with long wait times) and they also offer tele health visits. The reasons for the 2 stars: - Extremely long wait times. Wait times are much longer than the time spent with the doctor. - If you have a billing question/ concern, good luck having someone call you back. - During a pandemic, a covid test should be free. Took my kids to get covid tests and it was billed as an office visit.

No one informed me of this before the test. I could have taken my kids to a CVS and gotten the tests for free. When I asked Dr. Cabrera why a nurse couldn't perform the covid test, his response was that the nurses can perform the covid tests but the doctors at the practice do the tests in case the parents have any questions. Really? That's the reason?!

We are a year and a half in to this pandemic, I'm sure a nurse is capable of answering any questions just like a pharmacist is at a CVS. Seems like the practice wants to profit off a pandemic. Funny thing is I couldn't even use the test results because one of the tests had spelled my child's name incorrectly and the second test had my child's birthdate wrong. - They over prescribe medications.

When I made a comment to one of the doctors that she was prescribing so many medications for my child (7 year old, for cough and allergies). Her reply was "Oh yeah that is a lot of medicines." She also raved about a drug which made it seem like it would be so good for my child only to mention at the end of the appointment that one of the side effects of the medication is depression.

The depression does not go away once you stop taking the medication. Why would I give that to my 7 year old?! While we really like Dr. Campbell, the past year the practice has gone downhill. In the grand scheme of things $50 for 2 covid tests is not a big deal, but why should I pay for these tests when they are free everywhere else. I have inquired around at other pediatrician offices and needless to say, we will be switching pediatricians.

Dr. Cabrera has been our pediatrician for 16 years. He and his awesome staff have been seeing my children since they were born. Dr. Cabrera and the other doctors in his practice are phenomenal! I moved three years ago over an hour away from the practice, I still make the hour and a half trip to see them. Dr. Cabrera genuinely loves his patients. He and his staff are very thorough and patient.

The office is beautiful and clean and I especially like that they have designated rooms for sick and well patients that are far away from each other. The doctors are very quick to return your calls after hours (which in the past I called alot ) and do not make you feel like you are a bother or nuisance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

I highly recommend North Point Pediatrics to anyone needing or looking for a pediatrician. Our daughter has been a patient of Dr. Cabrera and staff since she was born 2 years ago. He cares for her as if she were his own. He is truly passionate about what he does and knows his stuff. He makes sure we understand too. We know we are in good hands here and receiving the best care there is. We have seen all of the doctors here and would recommend any of them. The front office and nurses are great. We couldn't have picked a better place to take our girl to.

I have two daughters, 18 and 15, who both started with Dr Cabrera as newborns. He, along with any other Dr in his office, has always treated us with the best care. His bedside manner is fantastic and he is extremely knowledgeable. I would never hesitate to recommend his practice.
