My daughter was a new patient and the staff were very welcoming especially when there was a problem with my insurance card they still allowed us to see the doctor instead of sending us home. I thought it was super nice of them since we really needed to see a doctor at the moment. Dr. Michelle was super sweet and understanding of my daughter and took her time to listen to our concerns. The office was also clean and colorful for the children and they also put on movies in the waiting area which I think is cool. I definitely recommend coming to see them they know exactly what they’re doing!

PAL has been great to my family. My son is 5 years old and has been with PAL since he was born. Dr. Lawson is great and literally been with him since day 1 of my son's life and has been a pleasure to work with ever since. Thanks to the eniter staff. You all are professionals and great to work with.

Both my kids love it here. Well, I assume the newborn does anyway. He's not saying much. The toddler loves the staff. He doesn't even flinch when getting a shot. I get emails about appointments, so that's easy. The facility is clean and bright. I peronally love all the doctors, and a bunch of the nurses here. They are all cool headed, and thoughtful.

Our oldest had a pretty severe issue as a newborn. LOTS OF CRYING. SO MUCH. It took a few weeks to figure it out, but once he got prescribed the medication, we finally all got some sleep. All these people have kids. They know the deal. I cannot ask for anything more.

We have been using PAL for almost 8 years! We have had a great experience overall. All the doctors are great and their staff is very friendly. I love that when ever I have a question I can always talk to someone usually it's less than 30 mins to get a call back if no one answers. Also they can always fit us in whenever my kids are sick. My girls love the environment when you walk into the waiting room, plus private area to nurse while waiting is you need to.

Also before the Pandemic they had a well waiting room and a sick waiting room which I loved. Now they use a separate entrance and area for sick patients. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend PAL and I do actually recommend them to most people when asked what pediatrician we use.

A friend recommended PAL when we had our first born, which was 9 years ago and we've been going here ever since. We've loved the practice and the doctors. We usually see Dr. Sheth and she's great. Both my kids love going to her. We've had experience with the other doctors and NP and have had a good experience with them as well. Whenever we call for an appointment we get a call back within minutes and they always accommodate when the kids are sick. We have friends who love PAL too and we will continue to recommend them in the future.

I have been coming to PAL since day one. I've seen all the providers and nurse practitioners and have liked them all. They are attentive and explain things. They really care about the families. I've never had a bad experience. The office is clean, the staff is very polite and goes above and beyond to accommodate the parents and children. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation.

I've been taking my children to PAL since we moved to Georgia 3 years ago. I absolutely love Dr. Hunter, she shows so much passion and care for her patients. I never feel rushed during an exam and any question I may have is always answered. Everyone there is always very helpful from the doctors, nurses, receptions, even the surgical coordinator. Anytime my children are sick, they're always one phone call away;-

We've been going to PAL since 2011, when our son was born. Dr. Messick has been a blessing to our family. He quickly identified severe allergy symptoms in our son and scheduled time for us to meet with the in-house allergy specialists. Thanks to him and Sonja (our LPN who gives our son his shots weekly) our son's allergies are significantly improved!

They always do a great job working us in when we have an urgent need, are patient and connect well with our son, and are always wonderful at explaining any and all illnesses that our son contracts. We'd be lost without this team of professionals!

I hate to be writing this review because of how impressed I was with the staff at our sons first two appointments. My husband and I have been trying to contact literally ANYONE in the office for the past few days due to an urgent insurance issue that needed to be taken care of several days ago. We had multiple people in our family call the office from their phones with no return call back to any of us after 24 hours.

This is MIND BLOWING and I am sick to think if my child had an actual issue that no one would return our calls or answer the phone. Unfortunately we will have to find a new office because as a new mom this is very concerning!

We have been seeing Dr. Sheth, Dr. Messick and Dr. Lawson at PAL for 10 years now, both for our 10 year old daughter and 3 year old son. All three doctors are very caring and knowledgeable and we would not go anywhere else for our children's pediatric needs. The nursing and support staff are awesome - they patiently listen to us and make sure to answer all our questions.

They promptly return our calls and we have had no problems getting appointments - wellness or sick visits. We have also had good experience with the nurse line and Ms. Harriett is the best infant specialist out there!

I'm absolutely heartbroken to be writing a bad review for PALS. Dr. Messick was the doctor for the nursery at the hospital I had my son at 13 years ago. I was so overwhelmed with the birth of my firstborn that after meeting Dr. Messick he made my first mommy decision to find a pediatrician easy. We have been a patient there since. I have been so overjoyed to see this practice thrive and grow.

Grow so much they needed a new location. Unfortunately with the growth, the quality of customer service has gone significantly downhill. This year has been the first out of 13 years I have experienced more than once never being called back after leaving several messages for an appointment. It's the first time this year showing up for an appointment and not being allowed to come in, the system not working, no way to talk to someone inside and my son never getting seen for his illness.

We had to leave the parking lot after waiting an hour trying to find someone to help us. No one ever did and I had to get him to an urgent care. After two days of trying to get an appointment and no one calling back, I sadly feel it's time we find a new pediatrician and that breaks my heart. The doctors and nursing staff are so amazing and supportive. Getting in to see them is quite the challenge these days though.

If you don't mind being ignored or forgotten about then you should absolutely try them out. Just do it on a day your kid isn't super sick and needing attention. Thank you for the 13 years we had with you guys. Take care.

Always terrific! My daughter landed at the office a few weeks ago and Michelle was (as always) kind, funny, attentive, asked questions, answered questions and ensured we were comfortable before we left the office. We had labs done, and received answers within the next day. Followed the proper Dr. Orders and my daughter is all better! The lab associates are also amazing!

They too answered all of my questions and even called back a few days into her treatments to make sure she was feeling better. We can't ask for a better Pediatrician's office! Both of our children have come since birth (20 yrs now & 16 years). We have friends who also take her girls here and she brags too. we laughed when we found out we had the same Dr. in a great way! Thank you PAL for being the BEST!

We have been patients of PAL for almost seventeen years. The doctors at PAL are thorough, well experienced, listen well and thoroughly to the parents of their patients, never rush through each patient's appointments. Although there may be a wait, each patient is given the amount of time it takes to fully diagnose and discuss treatment plan. We moved across town away from PAL but looked for a pediatrician closer to our new home. PAL is more than worth the trip for us!

It's impossible to call the office and make an appointment. I have been called many times to make appointment for my newborn. Left VM but nobody has called me back so far. I don't know how they can get so many good reviews if everyone just like me can't make appointment. Waiting for their appointment, my baby may turn 1 year old already.

My family loves PAL and their staff is very friendly and the doctors are amazing. I drive 30 mins from home just to bring my 3 kids here since 2013.

My 11 year old went in ill with Covid symptoms and the staff was informed that she had been exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid. Despite all this information they refused to give my child a Covid test! Even after I, her mother, strongly requested that she be tested for Covid, they still refused. I had to take her to urgent care later, where she did receive a Covid test, which came back POSITIVE FOR COVID! Needless to say I will NEVER bring my children back to PAL!

Nor will I recommend them. The urgent care physician was shocked and disgusted that PAL would not test my daughter for Covid with her symptoms and disclosure of exposure, as was I!

We love PAL - they are like family and we have continued to stay with them despite moving. We trust and love everyone we see there - front office, nurses, doctors.

Our son has been a patient here for 12 years. We have always felt that the doctors have evaluated him as an individual and tailored his care specifically for him. The nurses and other support staff members have always treated us like family and really care about our son. Since the pandemic I have never felt unsafe bringing my son in. Their protocols have been on point since day 1.

I am so grateful that they care about my whole family's safety and well-being throughout all of this. They never shutdown and have always been available. I would and have recommended them to everyone I know with kids.

We've been going to PAL since our son was born in 2009. We have always had a fantastic experience. We had a complicated birth and then a kid who had a lot of issues while he was little, so we have spent a lot of time at their office over he last 12 years. We have received full support for everything our kid needed - and it was a lot from breastfeeding and nutrition issues, breathing issues, plus excellent regular care. Everyone at the practice has always treated us like family. My son actually enjoys gong to the doctor and adores Dr. Messick. They are truly the best!

We absolutely LOVE PAL. Michelle Dixon did more for my twins in 10 minutes than our old pediatrician did in 5 months. She was sweet, efficient, and proactive. She takes her time with her patients and genuinely cares about the children. We're so happy we found them. We live an hour one way from the practice and I happily drive it knowing my boys are in the best care.
