The visit on 6/1/22 was Awesome! From the nurse up to the MD was a great experience! Everyone was very attentive and I felt that there was a genuine concern for health and my personal self and not just going through the rhythm or an act. Thank you very much nurse (I apologize don't remember your name ) and Shawn the PA! I You both where AWESOME! and I sincerely appreciate your dedication!

I gave this rating because I went online to book an appointment showed up for my appointment and the front desk staff tells me they don't do same day appointments! So why have an option for it? Undoubtedly it's been a probably and they haven't corrected it. So they make me a walk in. The wait wasn't bad around 45 minutes. One of the staff members brought to their attention I hadn't been called yet and i was called next. Lastly I went in to do my urine specimen and they had regular drinking cups no lids for your specimen collection.

When I gave my specimen their were 2 other cups in the bathroom that had not been picked up by staff just out on the table underneath the paper towel machine where they could have accidentally become contaminated because no lids were on them. The these listed could use some attention but my care from the team was excellent!

I went here for a second opinion re: pain after eating.shortly after a recent surgery. I had had some very concerning levels of pain after eating the past couple of months after surgery. I went to my GP, and to my G.I. (who said I may have ulcers that never give me heartburn). G.I. also set me up for an upper endoscopy, but it is over a month away.

Which brought me to seek services at Reagan Medical Center. They will do ultrasounds, and since so many people have told me I may have gallbladder problems and the test for that is ultrasound, I figured I could rule this in or out with one. The doctor I saw at Reagan's really listened, but also did a thorough hands on exam all about my abdomen, back and sides.

He was strong and I felt the pressure, but no real pain, so he suggested a CT scan. He said it would rule out more than just gallbladder issues, and was good for looking at Kidneys (which concerned him). They got "stat" approval from my insurance and I had it in a couple of hours. Unfortunately, I missed a call from the doctor last night but he was kind enough to leave a msg saying he'd call tomorrow and that there's nothing real bad showing on the CT scan.

I was very nervous going in because, well who isn't about ones health. I didn't get the name of the nurse who helped me but, she had low pink highlights. She was very nice and answered all my questions; made me feel comfortable. I was then seen by Dr. Shawn Garcia and he was probably one of the best doctors I've had. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and explained everything that I needed to know in detail. I would definitely ask for him next time I go.

The staff is amazing and extremely professional. The doctor immediately identified the cause of my concern and addressed it swiftly, providing health education I could easily understand. While I was waiting to check out there was a medical emergency with another patient and the staff leapt into action to provide emergency care. I highly recommend this location.

My hubby and I are very pleased with the services provided by Reagan Medical. We recently changed our primary care physician for nine years and selected Paul Beck who is an excellent and thorough physician assistant. We've seen other physicians and PA and they are all very attentive, and truly care about your well being.

Have been coming here for a long time. It's always a wait but never this long they scheduled a physical for 1130am (had to be fasting). And when I opened the door to ask why it's taking so long ALL three medical Assistants where surprised like they forgot someone was in there. I waited until an hour after and told Them to just send me the lab results because had to get something to eat and they said I had to see the doc Or my appt was going to be canceled and if was Going to take 10 or more Minutes past the hour+! They said They were going to throw out my blood work! I'm so disappointed and so angry! Waste of time And money because my husband went with me and lost work time!

I'm usually a pretty patient and understanding guy, especially with how understaffed most businesses are these days. but this place is just a colossal waste of time. I can't speak to their COVID-19 testing, as I was there for a scheduled new patient appointment for a physical. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment (although waiting in line to check-in makes this a moot point) and was told by the receptionist that the doctor I planned on seeing "wasn't at this location today." My email confirmation stated that he would be my doctor at this location, but okay, sure. what do I care?

I have no problem seeing another physician; no big deal. After waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, I finally get called back by a nurse. I follow her into a room where there appears to be a large x-ray machine and she asks me if I have any necklaces or chains on. I reply "no, " and ask her why. "You're here for the chest x-ray, right?" Uh. what?

Apparently she called my name rather than the guy who was waiting to get a chest x-ray. A little unprofessional, but an honest mistake, I guess. I ended up waiting almost another hour for someone to call me back. I asked the receptionist how much longer it might be, but couldn't get a straight answer. Ultimately I just told them to cancel my appointment; I'll go elsewhere.

What exactly is the point of making an appointment when you're going to be sitting around waiting for 2 hours anyway? I wouldn't recommend this place unless you've got a lot of time to kill.

This experience was the best from all facilities I have been to for Covid testing. The system for booking a reservation and the staff were so efficient from start to finish. I have recommended them to many of my neighbors and friends that have had the same positive experience. Thank you Ronald Reagan Medical for making an unpleasant situation so much better.

Hate coming here. Been coming to this location for 4+ years and every time I come theres something different. Getting refills is a hassle. Requested refills for medication in November and didn't receive because it wasn't time but when actual medication is needed in January they won't give refills because they claim I need to be seen again. Always a problem doesn't matter the refill.

I'm not a sickly person and no one wants to go to the doctor and they don't have to especially with the COV-19 surge recently but they let me leave without giving me my refill again as of to say my needs aren't important. DON'T use this office for primary issues ONLY EMERGENCIES.

During the current Covid season the wait time is long because they will give you a Covid test if you're experiencing symptoms. That in itself takes about 30 plus minutes. The option to stay in your car helps but once you are placed in a room the next hour of wait time begins. Although they are all very friendly they are busy with just one physician on staff.

The wait time was very long. I made an appt for 12:30 and didn't get seen to 3:00. The nurse was very nice and sweet. Once I was seen the ball starting rolling and I was in and out.

I filled out forms at home. Curbside check-in was easy. The office updated me through text message while I waited. They took care of me quickly! It was a seamless visit, and I will return next time I am in need.

Very kind and respectful staff. The wait was almost 5 hours without appt. I tested positive with pcr and they tested for flu a and b and rsv. I really like the fact they are testing for other viruses instead of just covid. My cough is really bad but did not get a call from someone to prescribe medication (this is why I gave them a 4 star) I had to go to another doctor for that.

The other doc prescribed me albuterol and antibiotics. Im feeling better today and barely coughing. If you wait for results its about 40 mins for the print out but they can call and email you.

First, we scheduled an appointment 4 days ago at 6:30. Last night I got a call saying they were going to have to cancel my appointment because it's New Year's Eve. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to move my appointment, not cancel it. I reminded them they had the appointment slots available and New Year's Eve wasn't a surprise on anyones calendar.

After 15-20 minutes I finally get an appointment at 10:40 vs 6:30. I arrive 10 minutes early, do the check in in the car with no response for 30 minutes. Then they send a form I needed to fill out before they could get me checked in. At this point I have been here an hour to get checked in. I'm assuming they canceled their later afternoon appointments to go screw off for New Years and doubled up the appointments during the day. Horrible service, I'd recommend going anywhere else before trying out this urgent care.

I also walked inside after 30 mins of no response from their check in system and they were rude and abrasive telling people to go back to their car and wait. I wish there was an option lower than 1 star for this armpit of an urgent care.

Great doctors but time management was too long for us to wait when we have an appointment. 15 minutes is okay but an hour is way too long for an appointment. The doctors are Phenomenally awesome! They took care of my mom in everything that are necessary for an elderly patients! Thank you so much for all they do! Time management may need assistance.

I have been going here for many years now, for a variety of things. I have referred at least 4-5 friends and family members (including my own child) as well because I've always been pleased with the care provided. Plus the flex hours/schedule is a blessing. From Stitches, x-rays, shots, exams etc they can do almost anything there & the staff is lovely. Dr. Turner is the best!

We had to wait for more than 4 HOURS to see a doctor. When we finally got to see the doctor, he was with us for 5 minutes, he just listened to my mom's lungs and didn't do anything else. The nurses and the doctor were very unprofessional! I will never go back there! Awful experience! Stay away!

I was there yesterday. With severe pain. Upon my arrival it took the front desk staff 30+ minutes to check me in and collect my payment. They said it was because I was to early. Which I understand. The doctor and nurses are amazing! And they took good care of me. Upon check out I asked the staff if they could call in my prescription because I have an hour drive back home, they said yes.

By the time I got to the pharmacist said they had no prescription. The pharmacy was about to close. I called to ask them to change my prescription to a different pharmacy that closed at a later time, and when they answered the phone some guy answered that didn't seem to understand what I was asking. Nothing happened. Now it is the next day. I am still in pain, and I can't get the prescription.

My visit on 10/20/21 was very productive. I didn't have to wait long to see my Doctor. The receptionist was polite & courteous to me upon entry. They provided me with the answers to my questions & concerns. The Doctor sat & carefully examined & listens to my health concerns; as well as tries to make meaningful recommendations. I spend approximately 50 minute.for my visit; & that was good; because I was able to ran other errands before heading home.
