I was able to get an appointment within just a few days and had a fantastic experience. It was a great visit with doctor and her stuff. They were educated on my skin issue with proper treatment. All the stuff are very polite and professional. I highly recommend.

I had a scheduled MOHS surgery set and went through the insurance info with the scheduler and when I arrived they told me my plan did not cover it. Unless I paid for the procedure myself, which could be anywhere from $2k to 10k. I took a day off from work to be told this. I called my insurance and had to wait to be seen elsewhere. At this new place, they did the procedure and were surprised that they did NOT see any skin cancer and even said it must have been removed with the biopsy. Are you kidding me?!?!?!

I then with a new insurance plan made another appointment with this clinic to have them look at it and recheck the area and once again was told that YES my new plan covers this at the facility. I once again get there to check in and the scheduler was wrong again and no they did not take my plan. As highly recommended this place was, I found it to be very disorganized and unprofessional. I left a vm for a manager to call me of which no one ever did.

I love coming in! I always treat it as a self care day. It is not often that you look forward to seeing your doctor! I have seen 3 different doctors there (changing insurance providers) and everyone is phenomenal. Even Nate and the other staff are so welcoming and friendly. It is well worth the copay amount. Even after the visit, they want you to call with any changes or questions as you start a new medication.

To save you time and money! They have transformed my skin that I've struggled with my whole life! It's so nice to come in and leave with confidence and some quality sunscreen

Very clean and professional. I have yet to find a dermatologist who TRULY listens to my skin concerns and medical history without throwing pills at me to bandaid the situation, until I came here. I felt heard and was given choices that are actually exciting and will work long term. It was my first visit and I'm already excited for my next!

Great visit with doctor, they were quick and detailed! Only concern is that they switched to a new software system and do not have my old records. I think with this type of history you would want that data to access patients and give them the best recommendations. They had to rely on me remembering! Also, the new system wiped out all my forms and insurance so I had to fill out all the paperwork and was rushed to get examined. Over all I think they could be more conscious of these details.

Staff is not only highly qualified and skilled, but they were very considerate of me as they were treating me, explaining, for example, why they were taking a sample of skin to be tested for basal cell rather than simply cutting the cancer out, as I had expected. They also checked with me at every step of the procedure to make sure I was comfortable.

As always, my visit was successful. Your staff is friendly and efficient, and Dr. Gallagher reassured me that all was well. He encouraged me to continue using sun block to prevent pre-cancerous issues.

They saved my skin! I had a rare type of rash and the whole process of being at this dermatology center from the appointment making, to the appointment, to the follow up phone calls and more were amazing! It was very clear that my concerns were a priority everyone was so kind and understanding and so so accommodating to my needs, questions and concerns.

Literally every single person in the office is so kind and hard working! Thank you all so much for literally saving my poor skin and going above and beyond to help me solve my issues. You all are amazing!

This was my first time visiting a dermatologist. I'm older and spend much time in the sun (fly-fishing). So, I had concerns. But this visit was a breeze. Dr. Casey Gallagher was finished with me in about 10 minutes and used liquid nitrogen (I think) to burn off pre-cancerous tissue. He was great and explained everything. He made the visit seem like a non-event.

I have confidence in him. Also, the office (clinical and administrative) seems to be well staffed. I had no wait upon arrival. The staff were professional and prompt. Plus, I like to see a well-staffed front office. It tells me much about the leadership and management philosophy of the owners.
