I went to Heather for about 6 months with severe dibiltating headaches. These headaches would leave me unable to function or speak properly. For several years I had headaches on a daily basis. She prescribed imitrex. Which with my insurance was $93. For 9 pills that did nothing. Also insisted I try acupuncture in her office for $80 an hour. High priced bandaids.
I was searching for a cause of the headaches. And was told by her staff that she doesn't perscibe narcotics. And I wasn't looking for pills. I wanted an answer. So finally I went to a Dr who saw alot of red flags and ordered a MRI. Come to find out I had a meningioma brain tumor pressing against my optic nerve. I had surgery on July 11. And I haven't had a headache since. And most importantly I did it without NARCOTICS. I think she is horrible Dr. And I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Fliege is very open to and knowledgeable about both western and eastern, mainstream and alternative care as long as it gets the result she needs for her patients. She spends tons of time, is genuinely caring and will keep thinking until a solution is found. She provides amazing family practice care by being attentive, committed and smart.

Dr. Fliege is amazing. I love that she takes the time to listen to her patients and respects my decisions to take the natural approach to issues first, before moving to more western medicine models. She works with an acupuncturist and a nutritionist giving whole body care to her patients. She respects the fact that I have done my own research and have the ability to form my own thoughts and opinions and does not treat me like some random idiot. She is a wonderful doc.
