Services
Our pediatric team offers the personalized care every child deserves. We strive to be a trusted source for families and a leader in pediatric care throughout the Dublin and Marysville communities. We offer pediatric primary care for babies, children and teens. From well child checks to sore throats and tummy aches - our team is trained to care for your child throughout all stages of their care.
We know that it's important to stay connected to your child's health care. Our patient portal gives parents, legal guardians and patients 13 years of age or older access to their children's or their own health records. Access a full patient education library on health topics and common conditions created by the experts at Nationwide Children's.
Appointments are scheduled during regular business hours at both locations. If you have a sick child, please call early to schedule an appointment to make sure we can see your child the same day. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so a day in advance (or 2 hours for sick visits) so we are able to use that time for another patient. We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are not cancelled in advance.

Both our daughters were patients of hand in hand for 19 years. We received excellent service and advice at all times. The sick hours in the morning and in the evening were very convenient when we were in need of a diagnosis. We have watched the practice grow over the years but we continued to get a high level of service from all the doctors. If your looking for a pediatrician group, Hand in Hand is one to consider.

There is a reason why this office is rated so poorly. Arrived 5 minutes late. Noted my arrival time at 2:25 (appt. Time was 2:20) - sat for 20 minutes and then was asked to step up to the window and was told their policy of not being able to take us for the appt. because we were more than 10 minutes late. I was stunned. This appt. was HUGE for my child. Seriously.
Will definitely schedule with new pediatric center. I only kept coming to this practice because of the amazing Doctor Kollar but she has since retired. Just so very upset this has happened.

Long waits on phone for in excess of 15 minutes. Could not get me in for kids' shot before school. My fault for waiting, but no suggestions from them or sympathy and basically said they wouldn't be able to get them until September. After saying that I'd have no choice but to find another rpractice and soon, they were fine with it and forwarded me to records.
I then called the Marysville office and received help immediately. They let me know from looking up records from Dublin that I had no reason to worry, we are actually up to date! I am picking up shot records today, while Dublin office requires a form and a wait of a week or more to pick it up! Go to Marysville, it's not that far. Much better!

Facilities are visibly dirty. My newborn got RSV (respiratory infection) 2 days after her first appointment there. She had not been near anyone but me. Her 1 month check up she had thrush and the doctor told me not to worry about it. I took her in 2 weeks later for a rash that started appearing 3 days after her appointment there. At that appointment, doctor told me "Oh that thrush looks pretty bad, it should be treated.". if she wouldve treated it in the first place, it wouldnt be a problem. THEN, said the rash was normal baby acne.
Now her rash has yellow blisters and is all over her body. I went back in to fill out the form to transfer to another pediatrician and the doctor said her rash looked like SCABIES. There is no way she would have EVER been exposed to that other than through this unsanitary doctors office. I keep a very clean household, and she only has had contact with 3 people.
None of which have scabies. The blinds on the windows have stains, the equiptment was dirty and old looking. I even had to remind the doctor to sanitize her hands before touching my 5 DAY OLD baby. Never take your children here. They're filthy, misdiagnose, and it's dangerous.

Terrible customer service. To specify, scheduling service. When you call, very nice ladies would pick up the phone and ask you which department you need. At this point, if you say that you want to schedule an appointment, you will face the rude version of the customer service. I've never had to deal with such lady before. My child's first visit was scheduled after a few days of battle where I had to speak to the manager. For the second visit, I am still waiting hahaha. So I decided to change paediatrician. My advice, try to find another clinic!

We came to this practice from another where the wait time was typically an hour and the staff were horrible, but docs were great. We have generally had really great experiences with Hand in Hand, but the other day when my son was having acute breathing issues, we were not asked to come in immediately. We were told a long time ago that if he is having those problems that we should just mention he has acute breathing issues and they will fit us in. Instead, the receptionist insisted that we come in at 11:30.
I said no and took him to Urgent Care at Children's Hospital where he was immediately given a double dose of Albuterol with a dose of Atropine & 3 tabs of Prednisone. We were one step away from having to get an xray of his lungs. So, I feel like they dropped the ball on this one. I feel it was a receptionist issue and feel bad that the docs will likely not know about this.
The care by the docs there is exceptional. A little conservative, but exceptional nonetheless. We will continue to go there, but if this happens again, we will likely change. Can't take a chance on my son's breathing. I'm not a freaked out mom, either. My husband is a physician and we can take care of a lot of issues better than the average family. So, when I say he needs to go in.he NEEDS to go in. Will talk with the doc about this on the next visit and gauge how I feel about it based on that response. I hope to be able to change this review to Very Good in the future.

We love the doctors. However every time I try to make an appointment for my kids I am transferred to the scheduling person and no one answers. I need to leave a message and wait until they call me back. Then they do not return the call during the same day. This did not happen until this year. I find it ridiculous to have to wait one or more days only to be called back to schedule an appointment. I hope they can improve this.

The staff is nice but they struggle with seeing you in a timely manner. The first time we visited with our newborn we waited in the lobby for 20 min and then in the room for half an hour. The second time we waited in the room for 20 min for the Dr. Then this last time they had to reschedule our appointment and then when we showed up, they didn't have our appointment.
I had the voice mail to prove we had a confirmed appointment and we waited in the waiting room for 45 min. When we asked how much longer we were told about 10-15 min or we could reschedule. Once again they are nice but if you value your time. you might need to go somewhere else.
