The staff, from billing to nursing et Al, are awesome. They are very attentive and take your concerns and comfort seriously, especially regarding pain, nausea, allergies. Very good bedside manner.

I had a biopsies taken here and I had surgery for a fissue and hemorrhoids. This place is amazing. Comfortable, patient, friendly. I felt truly cared about here. The nurses were always so sweet and informative. For my surgery with Dr. Reed, it was my first surgery ever. They gave me a comfy bed, warm blankets, were patient with my iv, made sure to comfort me and talk to me through my iv (I'm not goof with needles).

I'm a little bit of a baby so I cried going back because I was scared and a nurse, so sweet, reached for my hand, and held it and comforted me. It made me feel so safe and cared for. I wish I recalled her name. After surgery, post op nurse Ryan was so kind to me. Answered all my stupid questions, was patient and did not make me feel rushed at all.

He just cared about my pain and safety. I'm not much a religious person, but if God is real, I mean it when I say angels work here. I felt so safe and cared for here. My preop nurse, I can't recall her name but she very tall and thin, is extremely kind and friendly and caring, all the nurses that worked on me, are amazing. Thank you all so much. Thank you.

I just recently had an outpatient procedure done here. The staff are incredible and took amazing care of me from the beginning to the end. I would give more stars if I could!

I had a diagnostic procedure here. I get very nervous when faced with medical things. Everyone was so kind and professional. They answered my (many) questions with a lot of patience, and not once did they give the impression that I was being a pest for asking. If you have the power to choose a facility, I would highly recommend this one.

Good treatment, considerate. Anyone who complains about the gender of a particular nurse preparing his wife 4 an ekg is so second grade. In a hospital; environment u just smile and let them do their job. That's just the nature of medical facilities. Worse things could have happened - a nurse of the opposite sex inserting a catheter 4 example.

From check-in to discharge these wonderful people were polite, friendly and very kind. They were also considerate of my family as they were waiting during my surgery. I traveled an hour and a half for my surgery, well worth it as they were mindful of controlling my pain for the ride home. I even shared a few giggles in the bathroom as my nurses were assisting me with a few things to discharge me! I highly recommend this surgery center.

Best care ever. From the time you walk in the door. You are never alone for more than a few minutes without someone checking on you, making sure there is nothing you need, before and after surgery. Caring, friendly, amazing nurses. The place is spotless. If I need another surgery, god forbid, I would choose DSC over a hospital any day! A nurse followed up within a few days to make sure everything was fine. Highly recommended.

My wife had a procedure done there a few days ago. Everything was good except for one thing that happened. She had a male nurse who needed to do a quick EKG on her before the procedure. It was very uncomfortable for her and myself when he had to pull her gown down to attach the patches. We feel that a female nurse should have been brought in to do it. In hindsight, we wish we would have requested it. We are still waiting on a follow up call from the center to see how she is doing.
