Rocking Horse Center

Y'all are way too hard to get ahold of. Not only do you close for 2 days straight on the weekend, but y'all are closed for lunch for a whole hour. It's ridiculous. There should be shifts or something just like any other place. The OB department is seriously lacking workers, every time I call they're never there.

I have had a horrible experience in the past with rocking horse. When i found out i was pregnant, i went there because of convenience and closeness and i heard a couple of good things about there prenatal side. The ob was super rude and uncaring. He hardly talked to me. Out of the 3 visits i had with him i saw him in total for 10 minutes. And then i did not get to see him for 2 months (i was suppose to be seen several times because it is towards the end of my pregnancy) because they kept cancelling my appointments.

One of my cancelled appointments, i showed up 10 minutes before my appointment (my appointment was at 9:30) and they called me to the desk around 10:10 to tell me my appointment was cancelled. I had waited over 40 minutes and they notified me way after my appointment time. They are horrible with getting any of my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I had to call them 3 times to get it sent on the 4th time i demanded to someone higher up and then is when it got taken care of. Never again will i go to rocking horse for anything, even as a last resort i will not. They have had 3 chances since i moved to Ohio and blew each of them.

Very attentive very helpful all kinds of programs and doctor nurse assistance all kinds of things to help people with coats mittens and so forth very nice establishment

The service is good. I don't like how their primary audience is minorities. There is way too much diversity here and I don't really care for it. I understand everyone has needs but they should really establish a minority sector for their care. Americans in one part of the building and minorites in the other part. Post Edit Talking about patients is unprofessional and if the main window needs to be closed too say what you are saying than it probably shouldn't be said at all.

Overall service is okay, allergy center would rather guilt-trip a person struggling with depression for having to reschedule an appointment than actually be professional. I guess with the hiring shortage they'll take on just about anyone.

I love this place but here lately their hours have changed or something because everytime I have called in the last 2 1/2 months they are closed? It seems like they are closed more then they are open now. You also can't "schedule" and appointment to get your child looked at unless it's an annual check up. You have to call the day of and be able to come in on the same day, I work an hour away I am not able to do same day visits so it's become super annoying and really hard to get my daughter in. Currently looking for a new place to go.

I received the Covid vaccine at Rocking Horse and was impressed with their efficient set-up for that event. Registration was quick and easy. Staff members, without exception, were pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere were cheerful, with upbeat music playing. And a big plus - I didn't even feel the shot! Grateful to have Rocking Horse serving the community.

Meghan McDaniel, was excellent taking care of my 9 month old. She made everything easy for me to understand, on how to take care of my sick baby. Relieved a lot of stress. So grateful love staff as well very helpful.

DENTIST REVIEW I have recently seen Beatriz Guerra for adult dentistry at Rocking Horse. I have had 3 appointments with Beatriz Guerra and her assistants. Beatriz communicates very well throughout her work. She checked in with me all the way through to be sure I was comfortable. She was gentle and kinds. Everything went well. So far so good post the work I had done.

Everything feels good. Thank you for your services. Also Sarah Erlewine Stephanie Fullen the staff who scheduled my appointments and checked me in were very friendly and great with communication.

I really enjoy going to Rocking Horse. The facility is clean and modern. The receptionists and medical staff are friendly and courteous and the atmosphere and facility is spacious and comfortable. One stop shopping for your medical needs. Absolutely a good place. And by the way, I love the place so much I was there a day early. Lol. Still had a great visit though.

I visited Rocking Horse today and had a great visit. I was early on the 27th and they put right in. Very friendly and nice and that's everyone. I enjoyed my 2nd visit in as many days. Love the staff. Good job Rocking Horse
