Heroes work Here? There was a time when this place employed high-quality staff look go out of their way to help patients. That time has passed. If you are lucky enough to see a doctor within the listed working hours who haven't departed early; you'll likely be told to go somewhere else. I'd recommend city MD, Much more user-friendly and they treat patients humanely

Called week before xmas to set up travel covid tests. No problem, we can do that. Made appointments for Dec26 at 9 and 9:15. Called next day to confirm they are sure they can do travel. Again, confirmed. Show up at 8:45, tell them we have an appointment for travel tests. Dr. Robert said, "we dont do that here and we only have 3 left, please leave." We told them we called twice to confirm and he said she was misinformed and will be dealt with. What?

The day turned into a disaster. We finally got results at 5 pm for a 8 pm flight. Thanks to UHUC. High Mountain and staff almost ruined a trip planned for 2-1/2 years. Very unprofessional. Glad I dont have to go back there.

Office and doctor are great, some front desk workers need to be trained for(HIPPA). Patient information and confidentiality is not protected well. Personal questions about there visit should be discrete, And it is not done at all when you check in with the front desk. No one needs to know other patients phone numbers, birthday and or why they are visiting. NOT PROFESSIONAL! Hope they do better soon!

Been coming here for years now. Wait time is usually under 30mins, which I don't mind. I always prefer to see Dr Ronda White, she's extremely professional and personable. I appreciate that they have late hours and are open on weekends so i'm not forced to miss time from work to be seen.

The point of urgent care is to be seen urgently at least thats what i believed. I made an appointment for 9:30 am to be seen by dr. Aryeh Shreidman it is now 11:04 am still waiting to see him. I mean honestly. whats the point of making an appointment.

Don't come here unless you plan to waste your time. I waited over an hour in the car to be seen and I had to leave because I was on my lunch break for this appt. staff could careless and should really be letting their patients know ahead of time if they are going to be seen an hour after their scheduled appt. extremely unprofessional makes me question how they are as doctors if they can't even schedule properly.

I scheduled an appointment one week in advance for pre surgery medical clearance. The receptionist said I had to fast for the bloodwork. My appointment was at 11am. I arrived on time and by 12:00 I asked if I was going to be seen soon. I hadn't eaten since 8pm the night before. They got me in at 12:30. I told them a few times that I was feeling lightheaded and needed to get my bloodwork done soon.

Their response was that there was nothing they could do the doctors were backed up. So why give me an 11:00 appointment?. And I was a patient who was fasting so I would think they would stick to my appointment time. Then by 12:30 I walked over to get my bloodwork done, to then see the tech leaving. The tech returned by 1:00. The tech told me it was not necessary for me to fast.

I expressed that I was feeling lightheaded and dizzy and no one seemed to care. It was like a factory with the worst patient care. Waiting room packed with patients complaining. Definitely not returning! One star is generous.

I have been going to this office for years and the quality of care has gone down significantly, honestly to the point that I will never go back. If you don't mind waited 2 hours to be seen, speaking to a doctor for only 2 minutes, and possibly not being prescribed the correct medicine, this is your place. The nurses and office staff are rude and nasty, and they couldn't care less if you're in urgent need to be seen. Unless every other office nearby is closed, I would NOT recommend being treated here.

I like that I can come in. I get that it may be full. What I don't like is that they say "yes you can make an appointment" but then when I'm there 20 min after my appointment time I have to ask them if my doctor is running behind. I would say that the receptionist employees/nurses be more on top of communicating that the doctors are running behind or don't schedule appointments; so at least the patient is aware that they are just gonna have to wait in line.

The point of making an appointment is so that I could have had my daughter seen at a scheduled time. At least within the 10 min or so from the time appointment was scheduled for. This is poor communication.
