Follow up originally with Dr. Lesko, however she is no longer there which I was advised but had to go for my follow up. Appointment originally for 11:30, then they call to push it to 12:00. I arrived 10 mins before appointment and no one in waiting room, thought I won the lottery. They call me in at 12:00 nurse came me eye exam and asked a few questions then told me to sit in the hallway and will be called. 45 mins later Dr. Called me in.
That machine where you put your chin on so they can see your pupils, well 1st he put the drops in my eyes then said to place your chin on that machine. I had to literally move towards the edge of the seat and lean into the chin holder as other times it is moved accordingly. Also, when came in he came in the office came in with 2 other nurses, no explanation as to why they were there but I had an audience.
He then checked the pressure of my eyes with the machine and couldn't get a reading and asked for a manual gadget he had on hand to check.what day and age are we in. Oh.wait did I fail to mention I left there with the bottom of my eyes all yellow which I noticed when I got in the car to go back to work. Very unprofessional.did not make my follow visit and unfortunately will not be going back. Here you can see the yellow under my eyes.

Please do not let the individual assisting you to hand you a surgical face mask. I later noticed that I did not see the individual take the mask from a box and she also had the same gloves on the entire experience. Next visit I bring my own surgical mask. I felt a little bad after leaving the doctor's office and had to take cough syrup from a cough developed after my visit. They're unsanitary with the handing out of that mask. Stop now.

If I could give them minus 5. I would! I had been bringing my mother here to see Dr. Cucci who is so unprofessional with patients. She was so rude with my mom and never treated her like other patients. I could see her smiling to other patients but always brief and inpatient with my mother. We always felt racially discriminated!. They are the worst with appointment!
My mother needs to be seen every 3 months for her eye condition, I make all her appointments 3 months ahead and plan my work schedule accordingly, yet many times they had canceled the appointment without a sooner reschedule! They would reschedule my mom in 2-3 months from her original appointment! I'm sure they do this selectively with some of their minority groups patients! I regret waisting a whole year with them! Now I'm moving to a different provider and never ever coming back to see them!

Dr. Lesko was awesome as usual. She is the nicest, most professional, doctor I've ever been to! Everything went great except for the fact I had to wait longer than usual. I did notice there are less "techs" working there now. Bring some back to help out the Dr's.! She was running ragged the whole time I was there. Not a fan of having to wait in the waiting room after I'd already had some tests done, then being brought back in. I will still come back for Dr. Lesko, the best in the business!

Very friendly staff. I'm a patient of Dr. Rana J. Mady, she is new @ this facility and I love her already. She is awesome! :) :). I definetely recommend her. For those reviews that complain about the long waiting (which I haven't experience it yet) bring your Tablet or phone and get caught up in deleting your old texts and/or emails (when do you find time to do this? so here's your free time!), that should keep your mind busy and not think so much how long it is taking and time will go by fast. It works for me.

Never on time with scheduled appointments, if your appointment is at 1pm, expect to see the doctor around 3pm. They most probably schedule 3-5 patients at the same time -BEWARE- if you have to work same day- Basically they do not care about their patients but their money. I do not think i am going to use them as my eye care in the future.
