Not overly happy with the service in general, Christine is the only person at this company that has been helpful for us. The rest of the office staff is horrendous and does not return calls and or process paperwork in an efficient manner. They've done many excessive visits to my family member whereas some of the staff wasn't even working and their billing visits

The Visiting Physicians Service is incredible. I spoke with 2 different agents who were both excellent and very professional. The scheduling person was very helpful and courteous. I called on Monday about 1pm and they were here Tuesday afternoon as scheduled. Dr Rubin was fantastic and put my mother's worries aside with his great bedside manner. Very caring and made her feel comfortable and at ease.
At 91, she stopped going to a Dr 6 years ago, but Dr Rubin has changed that fear and she is welcoming them back in her home for the next visit. Thank you for an amazing service.

Your service was life changing for my mother in law. We found out about the service from a friend who couldn't speak more highly of the services they provide. She had dental, eye, primary care and when it was time hospice was provided. It was a blessing to have such compassionate caring staff at her time of need. Thank you very much
