Dr. Fegan was courteous and professional as was his optician and front desk staff. The "tech" was thorough but could use a lesson in basic human relations. At no time did I get a feeling of interest on her part in me as a human being, but rather just another task to be completed. A simple pleasant greeting would have worked. Holmdel office.

My husband, Douglas Adam, will be having cataract surgery. All the associates at Atlantic Eye care, EVERYONE at the Holmdel facility are so helpful, caring, patient and courteous and understanding. All our questions were answered. Any and all concerns were addressed and resolved. Would highly recommend Atlantic Eye Care.

Dr. Fegan and staff have helped me through several eye health issues and the optical dept. corrected eyeglasses poorly filled by another local practice. The office follows all covid protocols, offers modern eye health solutions and are kind and caring during appts. I highly recommend the practice and appreciate Dr. Fegan's level of patience.

Maxine at Atlantic Eye, Holmdel, is the person to see if you need your Life changed. I did not expect much when I went for my first visit - just for an annual checkup - as a new patient. After more than a few years of not seeing well, I can now finally see well with my new glasses and contact lenses. Little did I know that I did not have a problem. I just had not met Maxine yet. Change your Life. Book an appointment and show up early for Maxine.

I was happy with the staff and Doctors, but I came for a appointment and they canceled it without notifying me. A day wasted. The next day I waited 55 minutes for them to see me. 50/50 you choose.

I did not even get the appointment status. I called asked for an appointment receptionist started taking my info and then put me on hold another person picked and stated that they did not take my ins (not true got the name from my ins co)she went on to say they did not take my ins and she did not what i was coming in for i asked her if she wanted to call my ins company to have the practice removed from the directory she said yes i would be better off with one of those mall stores for my exam.

I promptly called my ins company to inform of the practices info my ins called the office and they DO take my ins but the rep said she was unsure if I should go there because of the exchange. I WILL NOT GO THERE miss receptionist on 11/18/21

I have been a patient of Atlantic Eye Care since August 2020, when i first scheduled an appointment and met with Dr Fegan. I have never experienced such compassion, and caring from a Physician. I am a healthcare provider, but i was very anxious having cataract surgery. Dr Fegan made me feel less anxious, explained everything that was about to happen, and the improvements in my vision that i could look forward to.

The first visit after my first surgery, I was overwhelmed with emotions. I had my vision returned in my worst eye. Everything Dr Fegan explains to you is on target. To say thank you seems so minute. Pay attention to the other negative reviews because this practice should be avoided to the point that it inspired me to write my first Google review. I have a diagnosed pre-condition that makes me Covid susceptible. I explained this staff and asked if I could wait in my car until the appointment and was told no. I then observed the staff walk around the office without masks, particularly the blonde female eyeglass vendor who was more interested in conducting details with a house closing over the phone than practicing safety practices for their patients.

After inquiring about staff safety procedures, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and came in contact with a half-dozen additional patients who came in after me and were seen before me. I could no longer put myself in that level of risk and left without seeing the doctor. AVOID!
