I was having a very difficult time finding the right doctor for a variety of issues I was facing, to the point of feeling hopeless until I met Dr. Pena. I was literally trying to leave and in a good way she was like no, let me help you (not in a literally but by her actions). I'm not a fan of doctors honestly because I've had a few rough experiences and I love herbal medicine but this is the first doctor that went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of.

She even reached out to her colleagues and personally called me and I don't think she even knows what that meant to me. I'm not exaggerating, this was my first meet with her and I don't know, it's rare to find professionals that operate in that manner so I would recommend Dr. Pena to any woman for sure. I didn't have to give my whole life story, she wanted to assist me and she went above and beyond to do so, she literally exceeded my expectations and I can't thank her enough.

Whoever answers phones at the front desk is extremely unprofessional. I called a different clinic initially and their appointments were too far out so they transferred me to this one and the front desk woman's words to me were "oh we can't bring you in unless you find out how far along you are". that's what I was scheduling the appointment for. She then assumed that I hung up, and seemed annoyed that I was waiting for further instruction.

She gave me an invalid number to what she claims was a pregnancy clinic and I had to ask her to repeat herself 3x because she was inarticulate in stating the number. If you don't like your job and don't want to help people, find a job where you don't have to communicate directly with people. Her attitude is disgusting and I'd rather pay out of pocket to receive better service.

I see Dr. Danner at Mintview OB/GYN and my experience has always been great. Even on the days he is on call and there can be a wait (to be expected when they have deliveries they have to get to), the office was upfront about the expectations for the wait and Dr. Danner immediately apologized when he walked in. He is very knowledgeable and always makes you feel comfortable. His bedside manner is great and always makes it a point to remember the small things about you. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for an OB/GYN.

Scheduled my initial appointment a month ago, received a call to confirm two days prior and assumed I was good to go. I'm driving to their office and as I was pulling in, I get a call saying they need to reschedule as Dr. Montague-Farwell's schedule changed. I'm thinking "Okay, maybe someone needed emergency delivery/surgery, not a big deal". This is the day before Thanksgiving though, so I can't help but wonder if she just wanted to have the day off for cooking or travel.

After researching other OB/GYN's, I decide this is who I really want to see, so I call back to see when they can get me rescheduled. The receptionist (also named Michelle) said the soonest is yet ANOTHER month out. I explained how I was frustrated and said "no thanks, I'll find somewhere else". If you have to reschedule your patients at the last second, at least be able to make it up to them by not sending them to the back of the schedule!

I was a new patient seeing Dr. Savannah Pena this week after having a change in insurance and needing to switch to Novant. Dr. Pena was thorough, kind, compassionate and made me feel very comfortable. I felt that she really cared about me and my health, focused on patient education and provided me with excellent care. I am very happy to be one of her new patients, I highly recommend her and thank her for all she does. She is truly the best!

This office is phenomenal. Dr. Givens is the best OB/Gyne I have ever had. I am currently pregnant with my third child and he has been reassuring throughout my 29 weeks so far. I thought I had good doctors where I delivered in Illinois but I am thankful to have found Dr. Givens. The office is clean and the staff are friendly and always helpful as well.

I waited TWO hours, with no updates, no courtesy and without ever actually seeing the doctor. I scheduled my appointment two months out. I arrived on time for a 10:15am appointment with Dr Avery. I expected there to be some sort of wait but two hours in the middle of the work day is wildly inconsiderate and lackluster client care. I know I present young, but my age and presentation should not negate my quality of care and if the women in their work office clothes can come and go within an hour, the quality level of service should be even.

When I asked the nurse going over my paperwork if this was a standard length of wait (1.5 hours in), she shrugged me off and said they're "a bit backed up". I was then sat in a hallway for 30 minutes and then placed in room for another 15 minutes before, at 12noon, I went back the front desk to inquire about my wait. I was then informed that Dr. Avery was in the middle of a procedure and I was next.

But they didn't have an answer on length of wait. I don't know if "procedure" was a Pap smear or something else was happening. But this wait was exhaustive and not meeting the level of care I desire from my doctors. I understand that OBGYN's can be whisked away and that delays happen but no one spoke to me or updated me on the wait. Common courtesy was not offered and that's unfortunate.

The staff members are very kind and caring. I have Dr. Avery, who I feel is very cordial and knowledgeable. I feel safe being here and would recommend this clinic to family and friends. I'm also in my first trimester so the first few visits have been very pleasant. They're flexible with scheduling and are attentive at answering phone calls.

I went here for majority of my pregnancy my main doctor was Dr. Tiffany Bates, she was not the one who delivered my baby but her attitude and energy was beyond amazing! She was very positive and answered all of my questions! Shar is AMAZING! Easy to talk too and understandable she's a ball of fresh air! Dr. Avery delivered my little one and she was very helpful. Had a successful pregnancy and delivery with these three extraordinary women. I also wanted to thank all of the nurses who helped me while in the hospital from childbirth
